We got slices of turkey and ham last year and were very pleased. Ordered online this year so we wouldn’t have to wait in line. Service was great, but for 4 lb’s of meat at $70, to open and see the ham look like this, we weren’t happy. It also tasted better last year.

I went there twice to purchase a ham bone there weren’t any. I went on several occasions and the ham bones were plentiful. I signed up for perks. Honey The Baked Ham Store has perks that are worth going and making purchases for. Great customer service, very good atmosphere. The store has plentyparking.

Came in on Christmas Eve expecting to pick up one of the Prime Rib dinners that I had ordered over the phone due to the website being down. Unfortunately the Order did not get placed. Tim the general manager made things right. Thank you Tim for going above and beyond to make things right. I’m a long time customer and will stay so. Hope to try the Prime Rib when offered again. Excellent customer service Tim!!!!!

Bone-in Honeybaked Ham poor quality: My family gets a bone-in Honeybaked Ham every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. This year(2025) for each the quality of the ham decreased significantly. Each was dry. For each: the slices were not complete slices and there was more fat. The quality of the actual cut was poor. Less than half of the ham was as sliced forcing us to attempt to slice or pick the remaining (over 50% that remained). Unfortunately, We will not be purchasing bone-in Honeybaked Ham until this quality issue is resolved. Very disappointed longtime customer.

I’m not going to keep paying $10 to $12 a sandwhich for bread. One slice of meat! No pickles! Do better! This place used to give you what you paid for until the last several months. This is why your business is declining and the dining room is always empty.

I expected a crowd right before Thanksgiving but this experience was total chaos. Reservation made no difference at all. Employee didn’t even want to see my reservation, just asked what size I ordered. They need to be better prepared come Christmas time.
