My order was ready right on time, perfectly prepared and packaged, which saved me so much hassle during a busy day.
What really stood out was Crystal’s white-glove service—she took the time to walk me through options for future orders, offering personalized recommendations that fit my needs perfectly. Her hospitality was warm and genuine, turning what could have been a quick errand into a truly enjoyable visit. It’s clear she and her team put real effort into ensuring every customer feels valued.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the team at this HoneyBaked Ham location delivered an extraordinary level of service at one of the busiest, most high-pressure times of the year. My partner and I had been working unbearable hours all week—right up until 4 PM on the day before Thanksgiving. By the time we made it to the store, we were exhausted, overwhelmed, and walking in with absolutely no plan for how we were going to pull our holiday meal together for our family.
Despite the holiday rush, the staff greeted us with warmth, empathy, and a sense of calm that we desperately needed in that moment. They didn’t just take our order—they stepped in like true partners, helping us navigate every detail. They made thoughtful recommendations, anticipated our needs, and guided us through the options with a level of patience that felt genuinely compassionate.

They absolutely ruined a ton of people’s Thanksgiving. Ordered weeks ahead of time and was turned away at door and explained that they could not fulfill orders along with countless others who were counting on them to serve their friends and family a holiday meal. This is terrible business and I recommend that anyone who thinks about ordering food here stay as far as way as possible. I will do everything in my power to make sure this business no longer stays in business.

I have been trying to fix this issue for over a month with no call back or even an apology iv went into the store 2 times since to try to speak with someone who would care but instead I had my receipt taken with a promise to have someone call me back but still nothing.I have my own business as well as I have worked for over 15 yrs in the food industry the last 12 being general manager or regional manager and iv never been treated or seen anyone treated the way I have been. I am a very understanding person things happen but when they occur as a owner/ manager we fix it to the best of our abilities and move on in hopes to save a customer but i do not think this store cares about their customers i received a product that was not ok in any way it smelled off and I tried immediately to fix it but was just blown off. These products are to expensive to just throw away but at this point you can keep the money I don’t want to do business with people like this.

Crystal the manager is awesome! Great customer service and truly takes care of the customer. The chicken salad is one of my favorites and the classic smoke turkey sandwich on a bakers roll of course!

Unfortunately, today after ordering a roasted turkey sandwich I was prepared a ham sandwich instead. I paid $15 for a sandwich a bag of chips and a drink I get all the way back to my work to eat my sandwich and it’s a ham sandwich I was very disappointed. Very sad case of not listening to the customer. Attention customers please check your food before you walk out of the restaurant. I cannot stress that enough.

This location was completely horrible!!! Don’t get me wrong i love HBH and was excited to have it for lunch. I ordered some salads and sandwiches. I left special instructions to place all meat an cheese on the side of salads, they didn’t do it nor did they send salad dressing. The sandwiches were TERRIBLE!!! VERY dry stale bread and barely any meat on the sandwich. My sandwich came with ranch, no ranch was included and RANCH is in the name of the sandwich. VERY poor experience. Over $300 worth of food and i made EZCATER give me a full refund! Do better!!
