Bought a turkey breast 2 days before the holiday and it expired on thanksgiving. Why didn’t I look at it before i bought it. Better yet why even have them that “old” for sale.

I love honey baked hams but this place just did a terrible job on the sandwiches.
They pre make them and they are dry and have way too much bread! I used the honey mustard and the mayo and it was still dry.
We had the turkey sandwiches and the sides of the boxes are marked what’s inside.
The young man handed us our boxes and somehow we ended up with a ham sandwich. Not 2 turkey sandwiches. Had to get that swapped.
Really nice staff but you g and apparently confused about markings on the box.
So if you just want a ham, maybe still good, but skip the sandwiches!!! At $10 for a sandwich only it’s not a good value.
It’s just not what I remember.

I went to This location on hwy 78 in Stone Mountain GA on May 3, 2025 and had a bad customer service experience. Young girls with no people skills. I went there to use my $9.99 coupon for a lunch meal. The two ladies there told me I could not use it and it was still valid. It was good thru May 3, 2025. The girl with the nappy Afro was fixing sandwiches and salads without a hair net on and did not try to help me. The other girl working had green hair and no customer service skills. A white lady walked in and used her coupon. So many things are not right with my visit here. I contacted corporate office and emailed the ceo of Honey Baked Ham. I paid full price for my sandwich meal because I had promised to treat my nephew, who loves Honey Baked Ham. I am going to see how much Honey Baked Ham care about their customers. By the way, workers are not supposed have such hair exposed while preparing food. The girl Kelis or whomever she is should not be working around food with that nappy big tall Afro on her head. Every nap on her neck got its own row. Very unprofessional!!!!! I only went to this location for convenience.

Too many young people working behind the counter…..they need customer service training.
Started when i got to the counter the employee (african american, plump with glasses) did not greet me. Looked like it was a struggle to greet and ask me how she code help me.
I asked the price of the ham by the slice. She said $18 but she didn’t know if any was available (which was ok) and went to check.
When she came back she brought a package.
I asked her if there was more and could 1 get another. She sighed and said ” yeah you can get another” but it looked like it was a chore for her to got back and get another.
She cashed my purchase and reached her hand out for payment without telling the total cost. At the end she stretched my purchased out to me still no word said…..not even a “thank you” or “have a good day”…..like her colleague did.
Again poor customer service…..
I guess she was a benefit to me vs me being a benefit to the store???

We had a snafu with our Easter ham. When we brought it to the attention of the store manager, she could not have been more accommodating to correct the problem. I also dealt with the nicest young lady, Needa. We will of course be back; I was treated with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. J Pirkle

This was my first time purchasing anything from Honey Baked Ham. I said no mayo I order two sandwichs and both sandwiches were messed up. The manager was not attentive and then the person making my sandwich had a attitude problem he didn’t want to be there. Even though he was not rude,he was not friendly. I will return the sandwiches and get my money back or just dispute the charge to my card because they got my money and I got nothing I can eat. It the first time I was eating today, that’s annoying .

They didn’t have the pie that I reserved online. I was just told that if you didn’t pay for it online then there’s nothing they can do. I was never asked by the associate on the phone to pay for my order. This was my very first time ordering a holiday dinner. I thought the customer service could have been better and the phone associative informed when something is out of stock.
The reason why my husband wanted me to place the order with honey bake ham was for the southern pie, and that was the one thing that was out of stock.
The cashier was not very helpful at all.
