I saw the most recent review where they forgot to make the $3000 order, and I just assumed that was an anomaly, so I went ahead and ordered sandwiches for my wife and I on our Valentine’s Day day trip. When I walked in, they had not even seen the order ticket yet, 40 minutes after I ordered , because they were in the back messing around because nobody was in the store. The girl didn’t seem in too much of a rush when she started making our sandwiches, I came back in after 10 minutes and she had only just put the spread on the two pieces of bread on the first sandwich. When I shared my frustration after I finally got the sandwiches, I was told “oh maybe next time you should call in and double check that we received your order.”

Our company spent over $3,000 on meat trays for an important event, and the delivery was over an hour and 30 minutes late—with no communication at all. We had to call ourselves to find out what happened, only to be told by a supervisor that they “totally forgot” because they were busy.
For a business handling large catering orders, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Customer service and reliability matter, and this experience showed neither. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs dependable service.

They sold my order, then with a smile, I was extorted in to purchasing another ham for thirty dollars more than the one I ordered. I payed $100 for a ham out of desperation. They also sold the turkey I ordered and said they didn’t have anymore. I will never patronize this business again.

The company I work for decided to give them another chance….I’m so glad they did! Chris-the manager made the salads herself and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Great job, Chris!!! You did us proud! My salad is delish!!!
!!BEWARE!! The company I work for ordered food for us. They allowed us to pick from the menu what we wanted. I ordered a FULL size Cobb salad. This salad is $8.79, it comes with ham, 1 egg, cheese, roasted tomato, pickled red onions and cornbread croutons on top of a blend of green leaf spring lettuce. Look at this picture…I havent taken a bite. Look at the napkin beside it. This is supposedly the $8.79 FULL salad. AWFUL!!! PITIFUL! Pat or Chris….the delivery lady who actually is the manager delivered all the meals to us. She got extremely upset with the fact that I and the food coordinator asked about how skimpy the salads were. The coordinator even compared this salad to ones form Chick Fil a as them being more full and cost almost two dollars less. Pat/Chris response was that the toppings weighed down the lettuce…….Ma’am get out of here….this is AWFUL and you should be ashamed trying to make excuses for this pitiful almost $9 salad! We (as a company, per the coordinator wont give them a 3rd try) HORRIBLE! This should be considered a side salad NOT a full size salad.

I purchased $500 in gift cards. The manager did not say thank you AND he was rude. There was no customer service from the management. However, shoutout to Abby, the young lady there was very sweet. I have used this location for years for my school staff meetings and lunches. Chris was amazing at customer service! But with Chris gone, it no longer has the same level of professionalism and customer service. I will drive a few more miles to give my business.

This is my first time at this establishment and all I can say is they need to find a better system. I pre-ordered/prepaid for a honey ham and a broccoli bacon bliss side. After waiting for 25 minutes in the prepaid line I was met with the disappointment of them running out of the side I ordered. Before writing this review I researched the history of reviews in this place and found multiple instances of the exact same thing happening. The’ve run out of several sides and even the honey ham which would have a huge impact on someone’s special holiday dinner. So if you’re depending on utilizing this establishment for any important holiday meal, Don’t.
