I love this place! Emily is such an asset to the brand, plus this store is so clean and the food is always amazing! Since she became the manager the environment is wonderful! She probably deserves a promotion because she does such an amazing job!

Although I do not eat meat, my sons. Love the the honey smoked turkey breast and the Honey baked Ham. So, I spoil them a bit and treat them for holidays. It’s been consistently good over the years. Very reliable.

Went to get some chicken salad come home. The chicken salad tasted nothing like it used to went back and got ham and the ham was also horrible. The quality has went down.

No where near as good as it used to be. Previous owners were much better and truly understood customer service. Current staff is rude and couldn’t care less how they treat people. Not to mention the prices are super high. Remember, you are buying ham, not gold. Profit before people is just a sad way to run a business.

Placed an order online. I’ve used honey baked ham for lots of orders. Food is always great. I didn’t like this location particularly. They don’t honor military discount like all the other locations. When I called to verify that they were open on veterans day when I placed my order on the app the store manager was extremely rude and kept stating, “if you placed it online and selected a time then you can pick up your order” when all I needed was a simple” yes we are open on veterans day”. She just kept repeating herself when i said i just needed to verify that. When I walked into the store to pick up our order it was extremely small and hot inside. Its definitely not somewhere easily accesible for handicap people. Thankfully I was only visiting so I won’t have to use this location again. After reading other reviews I’m really surprised the store manager still works there. She is extremely rude. I spent almost $200 dollars. I HIGHLY recommend going to literally any other location. The food is good at honey baked but dealing with her isn’t worth it.

Our order was such a mess. Each sandwiches bread was smushed and broken apart. The amount of meat was laughable. There was more tomato than there was meat. My sliders were tasty but flattened and burnt. The sides taste good but for $3, you literally get a couple spoons worth. Overall, very disappointing for the price.

I was tasked at the last minute to order lunch for 14 people. I called and spoke to a sweet mature lady and she said she would honor my last minute request and had them ready before the time she said. Excellent customer experience from Debbie and Emily!!!! BTW, EVERYBODY LOVED the sandwiches, salad and cookie!!!!We will be ordering from you guys on a consistant basis moving forward. Thanks again Debbie and Emily. Stay safe.

While the food is good I simply don’t understand the consistent attitude of this location of indifference toward your business. They act like they don’t care if you come or not. Open sign not on during business hours. Today they had freshly baked aromatic chocolate chip cookies cooling in the oven but wouldn’t sell me one because they were “not completely cool yet”. Also they said they no longer serve a cookie in the boxed lunches even though they raised the price of it. I won’t be back. It’s just a rip off.
