Went for lunch right when they opened on a Sunday. Sandwich size is good. Would like an option to have it hot though instead of cold. Would love to have side dish options of like mac n cheese or mashed potatoes or green beans, instead you get bagged chips or a cold broccoli and mayo side. It was our first time ever eating here. It’s ok, but once is good enough for us. An average family of 4 lunch meal here will run you around $40.00 to $50.00, thats what we spent.

I buy a ham every year for the family for Christmas and they are always top notch. And even better are the day after ham sandwiches we make with them. Nice crispy exterior on them for the honey. Try the bone in spiral cut ham and you won’t be disappointed

I requested a value pack of 12 sliders—six turkey and six ham. Instead of accommodating my request, I was met with resistance and a negative attitude. The employees seemed unwilling to help and repeatedly stated, “We don’t make the rules,” making the entire process unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.
As a customer, I felt dismissed and mistreated. It should not have been this hard to order a few sliders. I left feeling unwelcome and will not be returning to this location again.
I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service is crucial to any business.

Don’t usually rate national chains; but the service at the Wilmington Honey Baked Ham is outstanding!! Friendly, polite, and cheerful – what a combination! Almost takes the sting out of paying $70 for a 5lbs ham! But hey, it’s Honey Baked and it’s delicious! Lol
