I had a great experience overall—the customer service was outstanding, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The staff was super friendly, which made me feel welcome. However, I was a bit disappointed with the value of my order. I paid $13 for 3 sliders, chips, and a drink, and I didn’t feel that the portion size or quality matched the price. The bread was a little burnt. But still decent. I hope this can be improved because everything else was fantastic!

As the saying goes, no good deed goes unpunished. I tried to call ahead to place an order, but since no one answered the phone, I drove to the location to order in person. I wanted to do something nice for my family.

I scheduled a pickup for Saturday at 10:30 AM (just 30 minutes after opening), but the food was clearly not fresh. Whether they admit it or not, it was prepared the day before.

I spoke with the manager, Natalie, who was somewhat understanding, but she ultimately just explained away all of my observations and concerns. I’m disappointed that the quality didn’t match the effort I put in. I’ll give them one more try in the future, but I will only order on-site for real-time pickup to ensure it’s actually fresh.

We bought a family meal for Thanksgiving, and it was wildly disappointing. We did ham, and it stated to not heat it up before you eat it…which is just odd. We chose to heat it slightly and get the chill out, and no matter how long it heated the honey brown sugar hard cap never melted. It was very odd. Now on to the sides…the mac and cheese and stuffing were actually pretty good. The loaded mashed potatoes looked okay and smelled okay when they first came out of the oven, but they tasted very strange and were gummy and kind of gross. The broccoli was disgusting and never even made it to the table. It went right in the garbage, where it belonged. Overall, we definitely did not feel it was worth the price we paid, not even close.

Every year I have gone to get a honey baked ham for thanksgiving or christmas.This year, when I went, I paid $91.00 for a 7lb ham. As much as I love it, I will not be able to buy anything else from them.That was ridiculous.

The side if these sliders compared to the cost of them, do not align with each other. It’s barely any meat on them, if anything this should be listed under the kids meal. The side that comes with is like 2oz, definitely a rip off.

On 11/17/25 ordered almost 30 sandwiches for a medical office for pick up on 11/25 at 11am. I was there at 11am on 11/25 however was told by the cashier “Lisa” that they lost the order and she added that “it happens a lot” (and laughed!!) I told her if this is a problem than fix it. She said “I agree” she also said that it would take only 10 minutes to make the almost 30 sandwiched which turned out to be almost 30 minutes later. The first bag of sandwiches was literally plopped on the counter and Lisa said “here’s your turkey “ with attitude!!! The next bag was delivered to the counter by another cashier with a “here’s your ham”. NO APOLOGY, NOTHING!!! When working in a medical office you have a specific lunch time frame between patients! and your cashiers have attitude with the customer?!!! An apology goes a long way. How about the manager taking two minutes to own the mistake and talking to me!!! Nope!!! That didn’t happen either. Their customer service and cashiers are the worst. STAY AWAY! I also called their corporate office and told them everything.

I ate here for the first time & the staff were so welcoming, patient, and helped me order. I came back a second time to buy my holiday ham because of that, and I was surprised at how good it was. This is The best ham I have ever had! I ordered the ham, took it home, baked it in the oven with my brown sugar, pineapple juice glaze & added toothpick cherries on top, It was 10/10 Going to try a turkey next. Make the purchase you will not regret it!

They have a young staff working that really don’t know that much about the product. I purchased a spiral boneless ham and I think it should have been wrapped up better because it was rather dry and not very sweet. I might give them one more try but it’s going to be with a bone in him this time.
