NEVER AGAIN! I placed an order online and paid for it. I had a pick up time of 4pm. I waited in line until 5:15pm to finally get my ham. Line was insanely long and they only had two people working. Extremely poorly run and I never intend to do business with them again. I did tell the employee that waiting in line that long was ridiculous but she told me that I’m the one that waited two days before Christmas to pick up an order! So it’s my fault…That’s some fine customer service. Order at your own risk!!

I understand that it is a holiday. However, I will not purchase another ham again. I had a pick up time yesterday afternoon (ham already paid for) I waited in line an hour and 40 minutes to pick it up. There was one person working the register. There were not any hams in the case. Each time a customer went to pick up, they had to “glaze” it. Ridiculous. Guess the owner/manager didn’t know it was a holiday!

The best place for a sandwich. Had Honey Baked Ham with everything on a chibata roll & potato salad & a diet coke. Everything was perfect! Nice presentation. Sandwich looked & tasted appetizing. Potatoe salad was tasty, & diet pepsi mixture ratio was right on-not watery. Our hotess, Marlane who prepared the food was pleasant, helpful & courteous in helping us with our order. The place looked emaculate & the food was greqt. Had a WONDERFUL & YUMMY dinning experience. Been to Honey Baked Ham before-still a terrific sandwich place. This is our go-to-place for a sandwich when in Greenville, NC.

The best deli cafe in Greenville for having a wonderful authentic deli sandwich as well as purchasing your honey glazed ham and turkey for the holidays or anytime!! This was honestly the worst service I’ve ever received at honey baked ham. Ordered through Grubhub and didn’t receive my full order, also advertised on the website there would be free delivery. Ended up paying over $18 for one poorly made sandwhich and a small sprite that wasn’t even full. Did not get the chips I paid for, nor did I get the free delivery. Called the store and spoke with the manager and he was very short with me, could not help me with my order nor could I get a refund. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant in my entire life. Will never be purchasing from Honey Baked Ham again or through GrubHub. And will definitely be letting everyone I know to also stay away from both of these poorly ran businesses.
