I’m leaving this review for my mom who isn’t tech savvy. My mom and dad ate at this HBH 2-3 times per week until a few months ago. My mom got food for my sister and dad. She got her drink and was going to order her food to go after she took my nephews next door for haircuts. Nicole, the manager, who clearly has no customer service skills or management acumen, tried to embarrass my mom by telling her she couldn’t fill her drink if she left in front of all the other customers in the restaurant. My mom is the most honest person I know and has never stolen a thing in her life. Nicole, please learn to take care of loyal, repeat customers. We used to always order turkey at thanksgiving and ham at Christmas in addition to the countless lunches my family and I have eaten here over the years. I hope the $3 drink is worth losing a LOYAL family who has spent THOUSANDS over the years. Customer service is crucial to the success of any business and Nicole, please learn that the customer isn’t always right but they support you and your restaurant.

The sandwiches are great. I stopped going because they never have Mac and Cheese as a side item even though it is listed and priced. At first, for months I was told they would have it as a side item after Easter of 2025. They dont even now. I can justify paying 12 or 13 dollars for a sandwich with a side item to go with it. I can’t justify paying over $10 for just a sandwich. When they get their sides consistent everyday, I will return.

First visit today and this place is a fast favorite. The service is outstanding, restaurant is impeccably clean and the sandwiches are fresh and so delicious. We had the Ham Classic, the Roasted Tomato & Cheddar, and the Honeybaked. Wow – Loved them all! Thank you to the young man who greeted us with a smile at the counter and made excellent suggestions. His welcoming nature made it a great experience. We will dine-in next time. This is where it’s at my friends!

So good! We shared a club meal and threw on a second drink and some chips. The food was brought to our table by friendly and attentive staff. The sandwich was warm and deliciously well made. Potato salad was so good! I was bummed the broccoli salad sold out. Will be back!
