I’ve used this location for 25 years. We don’t only use them for holidays and parties. I make homemade split pea soup 2-3 times a year. I give it to family and friend, and I freeze it. I ONLY use the Honey Baked Hams and bones for my soup. It adds an amazing flavor, and this is why people keep asking for it. The courtesy and cleanliness are impeccable at this store. The prices are so reasonable that we end up buying the sliced smoked turkey for lunchmeat. I highly recommend this store for your year round ham and turkey needs!! Also, this year, I owe the team in the store some soup 🙂

Many thanks to John for helping us to find a perfect sized small turkey and some honey ham. He was so pleasant and accommodating. What would the holidays be without honey ham? Yes, it’s a bit pricey but it’s definitely a delicious and great quality ham. It always beats me having to cook a ham from scratch. The service is great and I love that all I have to do is reheat the ham or pop it in the microwave.

I ordered HoneyBaked’s Prime Rib for Christmas as a special holiday treat. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The website had serious glitches that prevented checkout, forcing me to spend over an hour on the computer and on the phone to place the order. On Christmas Day, I followed the cooking instructions exactly, but the Prime Rib came out badly overcooked and dry. My guests barely touched it — a major letdown for a $200 purchase.

Corporate customer service was kind and acknowledged the issue, but the Severna Park store manager was dismissive and implied the problem was my fault, saying “no one else had issues.” The only compensation offered was 20% off a future purchase, which required spending more money.

No follow-up ever occurred.

Between the technical issues, poor product outcome, and lack of accountability, this was not the quality or service I expected from HoneyBaked.

Poor attention to detail. Our green bean side included a large section of stems. The broccoli side was over-salted. At this price point, please don’t give me stems to eat. The ham was delicious, and we enjoyed the potatoes.

I ordered a 9 lbs. Ham meal deal on December 8th for pickup on December 23rd. When we went to pick up we were given a 8 lbs Ham. When we made the employees aware it was wrong there response was they didn’t have any 9 lbs hams. Understandable, except the right thing to do would have been to make us aware prior to picking up so we could adjust our Christmas eve dinner or upgrade us to the 10 lbs Ham. They had ample time to make it right. The icing on the cake is they also said because the price difference between the 8 and 9 lbs Ham is less than 20 dollars that we won’t get refunded the difference in price. I will be reaching out to corporate and I will never buy from them again.

I bought a half of ham and a pound of sliced turkey.. The turkey was ok nothing special… The ham was dry and very salty… That’s the first time that has happened, I would have called but I felt rushed to order and not a friendly atmosphere when I walked in the store… It felt awkward… Very disappointed with the ham that cost 55.00$ Not sure I will be returning to this location

The only complaint I have is that when I bought 102.00 ham, they didn’t tell me I should join the rewards program. I love their sandwiches, their hams, I’ve never tries their turkey. I also like that if it’s not busy and someone is making your sandwich, someone else will ring you up. One word of advice, they no longer give out bags, so if you’re buying more than one meal, take one!
