I ordered a prime rib and a ham for Christmas this year. The ham was great as always but the prime rib was so fatty that the whole left side was fat. I had to tell guests to cut off the whole left side so they could eat it. I’m attaching pictures of the left overs.
I have reached out to the store several times. I have emailed them twice and not even received an email back saying they received it. After calling the store several times I was told by the manager that she got it and she’s waiting on the district manager to reach out to fix the issue. I have contacted corporate and was told I would hear back in 24-48 hours. It’s been over 4 days and no word. We usually buy a prime rib for $80-90 and it’s much better than this. I paid $155 for a 5.994 pound prime rib that was probably at least a pound of inedible fat.
Highly disappointing. The “customer service” is non existent. From now on I’ll buy hams online to be delivered. When you spend over $230 for a holiday meal you expect it to be right. I doubt this will ever be resolved but I wanted to warn others.

I was disappointed for the following reasons first when I went inside it was crowded although the staff was friendly it was kaos between pre orders and simple carryout. Because they are known for ham that is what I wanted the classic ham sandwich. The meat is sparse and overwhelmed by the lettuce tomato and Swiss cheese and mayo I barely tasted the ham. They sell a variety of other foods cake mix stuffing rolls sides (family size) etc. and a lot more meats roast pork pot roast (catering size) but I went for a good fat tasty honey ham sandwich and the quality of that sandwich was that of any sub place that has ham with the exception at Sub places you get more meat. To upper management please re- evaluate and re-create the classic ham sandwich to be a lot better than currently sold.

Placed an order AND PAID 4 days ahead of time, Arrived at the designated time to pick up and now they are sold out. Wonderful thanks; xmas eve dinner and the grocery stores are closed. Don’t order here if you NEED the food. I wish I could give no stars.

I came in the door there was a couple people sitting down eating I stood at the front for maybe 5 minutes order the Popeye the Popeyes warmed up in the microwave then add biscuits and then headed to you never again disgusting should be fresh for $14

Been coming to this location for 20 yrs.. day before Easter I bought 2 packs of ham slices like I always do and neither pack had any topping on them at all!! I had to buy a turkey Easter morning to cook because no one wanted a plain ham.. I went to just exchange them then next day with receipt and the employees acted like they didn’t want to exchange the product.. They actually called the manager like three times and even weighed out the ham slices and would only give me a partial refund.. I am so upset over this matter.. I will take the 45 min drive to Ellicott city for my next occasion.. this location sucks!!

I had the classic ham sandwich, $7.99+tax, the sandwich was way too light for me meatwise but the flavor was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I might still try something else from there.
