Order was ready when I arrived. Looked great. However, for the very first time, we received a very fatty smoked turkey breast. The flavor was good, but you could only eat the very ends of the sliced meat there was a large vein of very tough fat running through the entire breast. We salvaged what we could, but was very disappointing for the price we paid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I placed an order for a family Thanksgiving meal the day after Thanksgiving and they ran out of turkey. When I asked for a refund they said that I would receive one but it’s been weeks later and I have still not received any.
This place is operated like a hot mess go elsewhere

There is nothing like honey baked hams! Others have tried to emulate them but no one has duplicated them. On busy holidays be prepared for a line out the door. But the line moves fast and the people are friendly and helpful. If you desire you can order ahead.

Honey baked ham is a secret gem. People forget they serve everything from full meals to amazing sandwiches. And they offer order online and pick up in store. So you can be in out and quick. This location was really quick and super clean. If you are looking for a side dish and cant decide. Try the Mac and cheese it is really good.

Walked into an empty store. No one at the counter. Was in there a couple of minutes before the guy came out. Then, he acted as if I was bothering him. I asked for turkey slices. He said, “these are the only 2 left.” OK. So wa he not going to cut any for me? Luckily it was the one I wanted. Then, when I asked if it had the glaze that they’re known for, cuz who goes to Honeybaked ham if not for that goodness and he tells me “no.” I asked again just to make sure (I once walked out of this location without it and when I walked back in they apologized and gave me one with it on) and he confirmed. I said I wanted that and he literally looked at me like, “bro you’re bothering me.” So I walked out. Because I’m not giving them almost $20 for some crappy, sad looking turkey form a guy who was pissed off that I bothered to walk into the place. Honeybaked of Reston, do better friends. ✌️

Love this Honey Baked Ham Co in Reston Va! They have the nicest staff and are very patient with people who don’t always know what they want/need. They offer suggestions and are just very helpful! We come here for our family’s Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter dinner ham’s every year for the past 10 years. Their ham is absolutely the best ham period! Leftovers are amazing too!

Sandwiches way over-priced. Bought a chicken salad sand and a ham sandwich this past week. Each were $10 and they were just on small croissants. Add $4 for a small bag of chips and a drink to go with each sand and with tax just under $30 for the 2 meals. Couple days later went to Sprouts in Herndon and got freshly made sandwiches for half the price and with more meat so goodbye HBH.

I’ve been coming here for years, it’s a family tradition. The service i got yesterday was very disappointing. Alicia, i’m assuming she was the manager, she seemed annoyed when i asked her to find a small size ham, was in a rush to get me checked out. When she brought out the second ham, I didn’t even get a chance to see the size and she was already ringing me up. When i asked about the coupon i had she talked to me like i was annoying by even asking to get clarification. And worst of all, i could’ve gotten $5 off since i had coupons through my email and they were valid until 11/25 and at this point didn’t even want to bother. Worst experience I’ve had here. Normally everyone is so nice and patient, and would offer other coupons when available. Alicia seemed like she didn’t even want to deal.
