The sandwiches here are amazing! We often get their ham for the holidays but more recently discovered how delicious everything else is here during the year. Ham & swiss sliders, the HoneyBaked, ham classic, and ham salad sandwich are all favorites for our family. Pickup was very easy and the staff was friendly and courteous. Warm and clean inside as well. Well worth the drive.

Picked up my honey baked ham for 2026 Christmas . The old miserable man who was working there was just nasty. Never have I experienced that before over the years. The ham was just okay this year. A lot of fatty parts in the boneless ham. I understand it is the holidays but it wasn’t even crowded so not sure why he had such a nasty attitude towards all the customers. Will think about doing something different from now on.

We have been ordering from HBH for decades now. No complaints ever until recently. Had an issue with the ham that was mostly bone and fat. They obliged and offered a free voucher which we never received. Ok, we understood and honestly weren’t looking for any freebies, just a better product. This New Years Eve, ordered another ham. Turns out we were charged extra for the weight of the ham which was larger than we ordered. Were told to read the fine print, it’s in there. Well, after decades of using them, we read the fine print. It says, if you don’t like our service, go somewhere else. We will from now on. Thank you for decades of great service and product. Whatever direction you are heading in now, we won’t patronize you.

Ordered on line ham was reserved when I got there. This is a take out place for lunch and dinner usaly during holiday occasions or big meal planing events. Not a diner or restraunt . The hams are a little pricey but worth every penny.

Excellent ham, you can taste the price difference. I Always buy a couple of the soup mixes to utilize the bone & left over ham. If you want a stress free dinner, or holiday meal, order some sides and you’re all set.

I did go to my store as I got an email for a free tasting of the slider sandwich. The man behind the counter said they stopped any tasting events a long time back ago. I do love the foods but I must confess that I was very disappointed in that. Was it a bait and switch to get floor action ? I did order a nice club meal and I was leaving I ask how do I get my rewards and he said go on line with my receipt, they are making things hard. For the price you pay it should be better customer service.

I purchased the sliced turkey breast for Thanksgiving and discovered when I got home meat was bad with bad smell. The atmosphere while in line was very uncomfortable with being starred at as if we were there to steal products. Bad experience.
