5 Stars for this employees, but 1 Star for the company. Honey Baked completely oversold in online orders. Thank you so much to the employees there today, on Christmas Eve, being so kind and patient, and trying to help people salvage their Christmas dinner when the food they ordered and prepaid for isn’t available.
Special thank you Mya and Lori (sorry if spelling is incorrect). I was panicked when I heard others be told their orders were out of stock. They were so sweet and went the extra mile to find the closest thing to my order. It was GREATLY appreciated.

We ordered and paid for 1/2 ham & 2 sides of Mac & cheese 3 weeks early. When we picked up order, there was no Mac & cheese. No real explanation except they were sold out. We are really angry since there are going to be several children & 2 vegetarians who specifically requested the dish. When we got home, we realized the ham isn’t even sealed. We’re disappointed & disgusted with their overpriced nonsense. Won’t go back.

I ordered two days in a row. Day one everything was perfect. Day two, I ordered online expecting to come inside and get my order. It wasn’t even known that there was an order. Waited 20 mins to get three sandwiches made. None of them were cut. They were all supposed to be warmed. They were cold as ice.
