Will not use this location again. North Hills is much better. I ordered 4 pounds of ham (2 ham by the slice 2lbs).
I paid $70 online prepaid – in the rush of the day I didn’t have a chance to check my ham until this evening. I was given 2 1lb packs of ham. ($34 worth).
Thanks for ruining my family’s Christmas. I expect a refund without issue first thing Thursday morning.

I was impressed by the staff and the pick up was timely for my order. My disappointment is with the ham.
Our ham was not sliced properly. One third of the ham had not been sliced at all. The rest of it was barely sliced ( only 1/2-1 inch cuts) I bought this for the taste and the convenience so I didn’t mind spending $94 on a HALF bone in ham.. however since we had to do ALL the slicing this was very time consuming and not worth the money. The presentation of the ham was not even close to the photos:(.

I’m writing a review for honey baked ham… if you’re reading this, I’m guessing you have never been there. First of all, the hams you can get here are hands down the best you can get in the world. Fantastic!! But…. you can also have them prepare you lunch as well! Delicious sandwiches! I love this place!

I called this afternoon to see if they had roasted turkey breast. I was told by a woman yes they have it and if i want to come in and get it, it’s 28 to 34 dollars. I get there less than an hour later, they have none at all and tried to deny telling people that. I will not be going here ever again.

Prior to visiting this store this evening I checked on Google to see what time they closed. It said 8:00pm. I proceed to get there and the door was locked I decided to sit in my vehicle which I saw other customers come and walked away. One customer came knocked on the door and they let him in I go in behind him and the older bald headed male was very rude and impolite when I simply asked if the hours have changed. I proceeded to ask the person that waited on me he walked back over and insisted on dismissing my question and telling me to order. I don’t appreciate the service and he needs to learn better customer service skills. I will make another complaint because you don’t treat customers that way it’s not good business practices.
