This was my first time ever eating here and I walked away a happy customer. I was going to try the pizza place next door and decided to see what they sold here. I’m so glad I did! The staff was friendly and even offered to let me sample anything I wanted. I sampled the savory mayo and fell in love. I got a custom made sandwich, Smoked turkey, American cheese, bacon, savory mayo, lettuce & tomato on a ciabatta roll. It was amazing! I’m already planning on getting lunch from here sometime this week! Can’t wait to go back! *Update…. I’ve been back 4 times since this first time!

Ordering from this place is a dumpster fire. When ordering, they don’t let you attach a phone number or name to the order which is bizarre. When picking up my order they messed up the order code they gave me and it took 20 minutes to get the food that was pre-ordered a week prior. On top of that there was a massive blonde hair in my ham. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I loved getting Heavenly Ham for lunch 20 years ago. For about $8, I received a whole boxed lunch, complete with sandwich, cookie, chips, and a Snapple. I was shopping at REI in the same plaza, so I decided to see if it tasted just as good as I remember. I was surprised to see that there is nowhere to sit inside, so I was forced to eat it in my car. I ordered the ham salad on an onion roll. I didn’t get the boxed lunch because it was more food than I needed. The bread was not fresh; it was the same texture I have experienced when someone freezes and thaws the bread. Because the roll was so hard, the ham salad squished out the sides with every bite. The sandwich was small for over $9. The silver lining was that the ham salad itself tasted good. There are a lot of bread options, so it might help to ask which ones are fresh when ordering.

Delicious food, awesome presentation. Today was my first time going for lunch and the sandwich (build your own) was so tasty, and I got the lunch box so I was able to add 3 little extras (snack, side, or drink) for 3 dollars and I was so happy with everything. Can’t wait to go back!

Yesterday, I got my usual ham on French bread. The bread was not fresh. It was dry & hard. Probably, the dough was very thin & could not hold the contents. It kept breaking into pieces/crumbs when I took a bite. I had to cut it into small pieces with a knife bacause it was too dry & crumbled. I go there occasionally, but no longer. The content were good, but not the bread. Other food establishments to choose from while there.

5th year in a row I bought my ham for Xmas eve dinner. Last year brought the ham home opened it up and all the coating was off the ham and very thick like candy. I brought it back and they gave me a fresh one and it was good. This year the ham dud not tast or look like a hiney baked ham product. Wonder if they bought a cheaper ham from a different distributor and tried to pull it off as a honey baked ham, ham. Did anyone else feel that way this year?

Ordered a cobb salad. Food was not fresh. Owners acted funny. Made sure that they stopped to have me pay before finishing the salad. Like, he took off his gloves to take payment before finishing the salad. Ham was dry and old. Will not go back again.
