My mom and I made the best choice to order here on Christmas Eve. It was our first time in any Honey Baked Ham location and 2 employees made it an amazing experience. One named Drew and another man that seemed extremely familiar with their products. They served us free samples of the mac and cheese that were delicious. Overall 10/10 experience with top notch customer service — we will definitely be returning…they even gave us coupons to 🙂

This morning I came in to pick up an order. I had a really tough morning and when I came in to pick up my stuff (super early at that), they were so accommodating and friendly. I wish I got the names of the gentleman and woman working today. They were so kind, and they were being so nice to my one year old. Sometimes you would never know someone is struggling, and a simple smile and kindness can go a long day. I wanted to acknowledge these staff members for making my day feel much more manageable

I actually live in Missouri but Kristina went above and beyond to help me. I called just after this location, just after closing. Kristina heard the stress in my voice when I explained that my elderly parents, my Mom, hadn’t had turkey in a few years, because the rely on others, which made me so sad because I wasn’t there. Kristina not only made sure that she made this dinner for my parents, she asked an employee, who was heading home, if they would deliver this meal to my parents.
They had this made and delivered within the hour!!!!

Your compassion, kindness and professionalism was incredible!!
When I get back to Connecticut I will be coming to meet you and will be ordering the incremental you sent my parents!!

Went here to get some ham for my girlfriend’s birthday. Price of the food was very reasonable. The woman behind the counter was very helpful, she said she’s worked there well over 10 years. They have a nice selection of sauces right by the front door. Fountain soda and sandwiches are avaliable. 3 pepper mayonaise is excellent.

Just went to pick up our ham and turkey for the holidays. Today at 1130 was a quick in and out. In years past we’ve waited 45 minutes to get to the counter. The quality of the ham and turkey is top notch, second to none. You won’t be disappointed.

We placed a larger lunch order at work, and the woman was patient when we ordered and did not rush us. Everything was ready when they said it would be and the food was all labeled (which is appreciated when there are 9 different orders). Food was really good, warm food was warm and the customizations on some of the sandwich’s were done perfect. I think more people should stop by there to grab some great lunch.

Came to pick up Thanksgiving turkey and sides. The turkey breast was good but no instructions on heating. The potatoes au gratin were less than mid and same for the cornbread stuffing. The line flowed pretty quickly. The cashiers were very kind and pleasant except Lee. He never smiled or said hi, no manners.
