I LOVE frequenting The Hollow! It’s been one of our favorite places to go for many, many years. My family and I love the cozy environment and a menu that caters to everyone. The food quality is fantastic and they have wonderful cocktails, beer selection, and wine options. We love everything about this restaurant! The owners are also wonderful people. Can’t say enough about this family run business!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Hollow Bistro & Brew. The staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming from start to finish—truly above and beyond. We had wedding guests stop in between our ceremony and reception, and the team made everyone feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. The service was seamless, the atmosphere was perfect, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the experience was. Highly recommend for any special occasion—or honestly, any visit at all!

Nice family owned bistro.Went here for my anniversary in this place did not disappoint. My wife is vegan and they had multiple great options. We started off with the vegan arancini which was like a fusion of Italian and Asian in particular reminded me of sushi rice. Then I had a wonton soup that had nice firm wontons that were pretty well sized. My wife had a vegan pasta that was made with cauliflower but had a Alfredo type consistency and she was thoroughly pleased. Had the hollow burger with the egg on a pretzel bun which was a good burger but was absolutely filling. Highly recommend trying this place out

What a gem! Wonderful atmosphere! Great for a date, friends, or family. Clean! Comforting music, quiet dining. Staff very professional and friendly! Esp. loved how they shared local food sources and cooking methods when asked. Our table of four was greatly pleased, well-served and food was delicious!

We ordered the appetizer special which didnt wow us. I had the drink special which i really liked. My husband got the Gin Gin and the Ahi Tuna entree, both were fantastic! I loved the chicken milanese. Went here at 7pm on Saturday night. About 80% of tables were occupied and several people at the bar. The seating was more relaxed for what we thought was a more upscale dining experience.

Spent 80 dollars on take out. Fries were mushy flavorless. Ordered a bowl of soup and received a quarter filled container. Chicken breast sandwich was extremely small. Not impressed. Was a 25 dollar experience max.
