While a little cold due to how cold it is outside (the only reason for the ‘4’ in atmosphere), the sandwiches are great, the Service is great, and there’s a bakery right next door! Anytime I’m in the area this is a preferential place I like to stop for lunch. Highly recommended.

Staff is absolutely excellent very friendly. Many great choices of delicious sandwiches. I was working in the area for the week at the Contractor and I stop by frequently.

Walked in just before close after searching for a place to eat for 20 minutes, they served us promptly and made good conversation, we ordered take out and greatly our two sandwiches making sure to take a menu for the road! Highly recommend and am very glad we got there just in the nick of time!

Stopped by after reading an article about their soft open. Cool sandwich shop and they seem to have some really solid aspirations. The sub sizes are huuuuge and priced well for what you get. But, if I’m being honest, a smaller size (6-8″) would be nice.

A wonderful experience and the owner was so welcoming. They have amazing deals with catering and they use fresh bread baked next door at Egypt star bakery and if you know Egypts stars bread bread you know it’s delicious!

Did two different sandwiches for takeout. Both were very good, like high end deli sandwiches. IMHO A bit pricey but probably worth it for the quality and location. It has fun bee themed decor and the staff was nice.

We were visiting from out of town (New York City) passing through and thankfully chose The Hive for sandwiches over Wawa. The owner was very attentive and friendly, the place was so clean, the service was good (not slower than NY like another post said) but the best part, the sandwiches hit the spot and were so delicious, great price for the quality/quantity and lots of delicious choices… on fresh bread from the bakery next door!

**Not a fan of the Chicken Caesar**.
I missed that it is Deli Chicken Lunch Meat (not grilled chicken). That in itself was a bummer, but then I didn’t like the Caesar Dressing either. It said it was Creamy, but I found it to be more on the Tangy/Vinegar Side. The Pita was big and seemed like it had potential, but it was pretty tough and didn’t seem overly fresh. If you like tangy, you might love this, it just wasn’t for me.
I would suggest trying something else if you are going for the first time. And I tried the Cheddar Mac Salad. I literally tried one bite, and decided that was not for me. It had way too much mayo or dressing in it for me.

The sandwiches are so good, pretty decent bang for your buck and the staff were very sweet and made an amazing sandwich. Definitely a recommend
