The Hill was very good. The burgers were large and the fries were delicious. We had both crinkle cut and curly fries. We originally ordered The Cowboy burger without onions, but the cashier changed our order, so we wouldn’t have to pay for the onions we were not going to get. I thought that was very thoughtful. The Rancher burger with avocadoes was very good. The ambiance was what was expected in a local burger place with old Coca Cola signs adorning every wall.

This was our first time here. We loved the old-school diner feel, including the malts! The patty melt on rye was delicious & the bacon burger was huge. Sweet potato fries & tater tots were perfect. Staff was efficient, but not overly friendly.

We got 2 specialty burger Combos. The Ranch and the Fiesta burgers. The burgers were good, maybe could make the patties a little bigger. There was lots of ingredients on each burger. Both very heavy, but the meat wasn’t able to be tasted very much. I got the tots, but I had to pay 75 cents for ranch even though I don’t each catch-up. The person taking our order was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our experience there. I would recommend this place to my friends there’s lots of selection to choose from. Seating is a bit tight but we managed.

This is a Small Town Texas Eatery. They have a number of choices of burgers, sandwiches, and baskets such as a chicken finger basket or a steak finger basket. We purchased regular hamburgers with fries onion rings and an order of sweet potato fries. The fries were okay. I wouldn’t call them great, but we’re average. The sweet potato fries were also average. Both did the job as far as a side dish, but the real winner is there onion rings. They are well worth the money in the wait to get them. The burgers we’re good and I would have them again. The chicken fingers were very good. I only had a bite of one but it was tasty and I could see myself ordering that in the future. On our next trip I will definitely try the malts. The Ambiance of the place really isn’t anything special other than very few tables to sit at and so it can get busy. But they do have a patio area with quite a few tables that you can go out and sit right by the main thoroughfare. You can also get it to go as there is a nice park nearby that you can enjoy the meal. The service was average and the people there were helpful but they were young and we’re doing the best they could. The overall experience was positive and I will definitely be back.

Called in an order for pickup. The young lady who answered was nice, but she talked so fast I was unable to understand most of what she said. The place is quaint and cute; What you want from small town diner. I ordered the Chopped Brisket Sandwich with fries and a coke, at $8.95, it was a good deal. My reason for three stars is I thought the amount of brisket on the sandwich was a bit light and the overall friendliness while in the establishment was missing.
