So we decide to check this place out despite the reviews. Upon ordering drinks; our server seemed to lack the knowledge of what the house bar carried as far as what the house well was and told us they didn’t carry energy drinks. We clarified and asked if they could do a vodka Red Bull; she then said oh ya. We asked her about recommendations and saw reviews of the filet mignon lasagna and asked about that. She told us they were out of the lasagna (shocking). We started off with appetizers; the pesto Brussels sprouts and Asian buffalo wings. Let’s say we didn’t bother to get dinner; the appetizers were terrible. The sprouts were awful with super thick and chucking pesto and they tasted sour. The wings tasted like they were frozen then crock-potted (soggy) and the sauce was cold. We decided not to bother and had to find our waitress for the check (she didn’t come back and check in at all following our appetizers). I like to add we still paid for this meal, didn’t report how bad this experience was at all. We luckily walked down to Mama Gina’s instead to get dinner. I do have to say the management really needs to make some major adjustments for this place to survive. Would not recommend and listen to the reviews.

Good started out great appetizers were really good. But all main courses came out at different times. My partner ordered the salmon that came with potatoes and the potatoes were raw. 1 or 2 were cooked through. I got the fillet mignon and feel like I got half a portion. Literally seems cut in half. Steak had no seasoning only flavor were the garnishes.

You must check this place out. We started with the Brussel sprouts appetizer that was really good. Then my husband and I shared the burrata pesto pizza on a cauliflower crust and the Caesar Salad. The hostess was very friendly and our server Jacob was attentive and pleasant. We are outside while watching football and listening to smooth jazz. The ambiance was great. We will definitely be back here.

We stumbled on this place when the one we were looking for had a wait time, and very glad we did! We wanted gluten free options for the celiacs in our group. Our server Mackenzie was the best. She was warm, engaging, informative, and accommodating to our dietary requests. Unfortunately we found out the gluten free hamburger buns were out of stock after we placed our order but the kitchen was able to switch out for a protein wrap. The kitchen then forgot the avocado on our BLTA. Mackenzie was able to smooth out the unexpected issues in a very professional manner.

Had breakfast, classic breakfast, 2 eggs, bacon, sourdough toast, country potato’s. Served with one piece of toast about 4 inches cut in two, no butter. Bacon was 2 small slices, the kind that is already cooked, and warmed in microwave. Eggs were cooked as ordered. Potato’s small about the your fist.. we ask the waitress for another piece of toast, we have never had breakfast with only a small single toast. She brought us another toast, we were charged for side of toast. Breakfast was $16.00 plus $3.00 for the side of toast. Really disappointed.

Thought we’d try this new place, we were both very happy with our choice. Very flavourful perfectly cooked food. We had the avacado fries, meatballs and a pizza. Drinks were great and reasonably priced. Service was very good. All in all a great choice for a great quality quick and easy meal that isn’t going to break the bank.

The new Hideout is so nice. We stopped here with our two year old on NYE unexpectedly because we were at the mall. The patio had football on TVs but a chill ambience (not loud) so we parked my husband there while the kid and I went up and down the escalator multiple times. Service was excellent- Calle our waitress was the best help I’ve had in along time, she kept checking on us and was super kind. We ordered the four cheese pizza to share and it was perfect- not only delicious but a good size for two adults and a child that had recently eaten. Like I said we unexpectedly stopped here. Iced tea was great and beer was also good. We ended up ordering a bread pudding as well and it was delicious – one of the best I’ve had. We will def stop here again.
