I just got home from a long day of work, and was craving some hibachi. I had to Google my usual hibachi spot to check its closing time when this food truck appeared in my search results. Decided to try it since it was only across the street from my apartment, which meant that I didn’t have to drive across town. So glad I found Hibachi Ninja It was delicious and they were very friendly! I ordered the shrimp and steak. It came with vegetables and either white or fried rice. I like plain rice.
I hope they will be there regularly because it’s convenient to my home. If you’re driving, you can park next door at the baseball fields.

Hibachi Ninja is hands down the BEST! We had them cater a company event for over 250 people, and they absolutely killed it.
The food? Incredible. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and cooked right on the spot. You could see how much pride they put into what they do, from the quality of the ingredients to how beautifully everything was prepared. People are still talking about how good it was!
The team was amazing too. Professional, organized, and super fun. They handled such a big crowd with no problem at all and made sure everyone was taken care of. And the chefs didn’t just cook they put on a whole show. It turned dinner into an experience, which made our event even more special.
If you’re on the fence about booking them …do it! Whether it’s for a small gathering or a huge event, Hibachi Ninja delivers. I can’t thank them enough for making our night such a success.

Let me start off by saying the food was AMAZING- As long as you don’t mind waiting ~2 hours for your food.
We booked the truck to be at our facility from 11:30 to 1:00.
The invoice (that was 100% prepaid prior to the event) stated that the truck would arrive 1hr before and stay 1hr after than the event for setup and cleanup.
I called at 11:20 to confirm they would arrive at 11:30, they said it would be 11:45 due to a flat tire, okay, understood. However, a call would have been appreciated letting me know that I would have to push back our employees lunch time.
I confirmed with the owner during the initial booking and the day before that we needed a quick turn around time on getting food out. She assured me that the food would be prepped and ready, just need to be reheated on the grill to order– okay good, right? No. People were standing out in line for 30 minutes to an hour and a half waiting on food that was supposed to be ready.
Also, the customer service was awful. I received several complaints from employees about them being rude and arguing with each other the entire time.
Side note, they did have to order steak to be delivered to our property because they didn’t have enough. I do appreciate that they did this and did not just say “we ran out” and not give people what they wanted. However, this made people have to wait even longer for their food.
Unfortunately, we will never be using this truck again.

We recently hired Hibachi Ninja to cater for a high school graduation celebration, and they absolutely blew us away! From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, friendly, and full of great energy.
Guests couldn’t stop raving about the steak, shrimp, and fried rice and don’t even get me started on the yum yum sauce! We’re already thinking about the next celebration just so we can book them again!

Im sure the food is great, but its a waste of time going there. 4pm when it shows its open in google but nothing there. They should update the location or have a schedule of when they’ll be here.

They did an absolutely AMAZING job catering for my birthday over the weekend. Throughout the planning process, she was super communicative and receptive. The food was delicious and ready on time!! My friends said this was the best hibachi they have ever had even better than Benihana. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for either catering or pulling up to her truck and having it cooked fresh 🙂

They did an onsite catering with the food truck at our office and I will say their food was really good. The prices are reasonable considering the amount of food you get. Just wish they had a location to buy from because their ginger Crunch salad was out of this world. We will definitely be booking them again

They have catered for 2 of my events and have always been super professional and very reasonably priced. If we are talking about the food, their food is by far some of the best hibachi I’ve had in Atlanta. Their sauces especially the Diablo sauce are amazing !!!! Put Diablo sauce on your shrimp and chicken and thank me later!
