We cook to order with a small staff, so if you want Mcdonalds speed, you won’t find it here. Not a long wait but we don’t dish out from a steam table. We serve real beef, turkey open face sandwiches, 8oz reserve angus beef burgers, clams, and so much more. Please Call ahead and reserve for group of six or more. We would like to be prepared for your arrival to make everyones experience more enjoyable. This place will never see me again. The wings are so small it looks like they came from a pigeon. Our waitress walked by us a few time when we were ready to order. She was notified by someone else that we were waiting to order. The French fries were soggy. The only thing that was good was the pit beef sandwich, which came out 1st.

Questionable business model with closure or limited hours on days that statistically show the greatest income potential for the establishments field. Menu is comparable to an ad in the local papers classified section with too many astericks associated with dinner items. Service staff attempts to perform outside of their abilities by not writing down orders which further compounds the kitchens inept ability to prepare food. This then leads to the product you see in the provided photos. Overall a sad experience which was only heightened by an owner who failed to take any responsibility for the situation while lashing out at customers opinions via social media. All in all if a certain cook is not in the kitchen your time, money, and health are better off continuing down the avenue.

So we would go there after a long work week to relax and sing karaoke. As the weeks went on and our group we brought got bigger, you think they’d be appreciative of the business. Ended up they were nothing but rude and acted like they didn’t want to wait on us anymore. Problem is the staff is inexperienced with dealing with big orders. Have passed this business for the past 30 years but recently heard good things so we decided to try it…especially since Havana Joe started working in the kitchen. Has a great meal, beautifully plated, fast service. Anyone TRYING to do business in these days give Covid have to work extra hard and it shows. Chef made sure food was okay, waitperson/bartender quick to provide service and refills. Funky place typical of a Caribbean bar.
