The Henry, Vegas Brunch & Johnny

We called into The Henry located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino for a last day in the desert Brunch.

We had the Smoked Salmon Toast & The Corn Beef Hash & Eggs. We tried a side of Grits which were stone ground & very tasty. Our drinks we had their Toasted Marshmallow Irish Coffee & a Hugo Spritz which were both tasty.

It was great. Johnny our server was fabulous, kind & on point. Be sure to ask for Johnny if you call in for Brunch.

Reservations are highly recommended. We made ours & when we checked in the wait was 1 hour 40 minutes for those that did not consider reservations.

Update for February 24, 2026 we went and had breakfast again and our waiter. Larry was very nice and Sara saw us and came over and said hi which was really nice that she remembered we was in there with as many people to come through as do, thank you

We had breakfast here on February 23, 2026 start out with anther waiter and then something happened. He had a leave and Sara stepped in. I believe she was a manager and she was super super nice. Can’t say enough about her. She made the experience more wonderful just with her personality and the food was excellent. We’ve been here before and the food is always good but when you run across someone with such a great personality, you want to go and leave a review so thank you for making the experience excellent

We had the best lunch here. The braised beef Benedict, salmon toast, and ribeye all came out perfect. Our drinks were delicious. This is the last meal I was having before we fly back home and Julia made our time here great. She was kind, attentive and had all around good energy! Highly recommend the Henry!

The cup of coffee is huge and of great quality. Complete with a side of cream in a cute dish. I ordered the avocado toast, which was a big portion. I was unable to finish it. The pickled onions on top give this toast a great taste. My son ordered the pancakes. Light and fluffy, plentiful too. My daughter decided upon a breakfast burrito, loaded down with hash browns, eggs, tomatoes, etc…

Whenever we’re at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, we have to stop by The Henry for one thing — the banana donuts on the late-night menu. They’re that good.

These donuts come out fresh, hot, and perfectly soft on the inside with just the right light crisp on the outside. The banana flavor is warm and comforting without being overpowering. Every bite tastes made-to-order, and they’re dangerously addictive. It’s one of those desserts you start eating and suddenly they’re gone before you even realize it.

There’s something about getting them late at night that makes them even better — whether you’ve been walking the Strip, watching a show, or just hanging out. It’s become a must-stop tradition anytime we’re there.

It’s been a while since I’ve had them, but I really hope they never take them off the menu. Some items are just too good to mess with, and these banana donuts are definitely one of them.

This place has been on my radar for a while and we finally came to come here on this past trip. We were lucky to be seated right away, cause this place usually has a bunch of people waiting to get a table in the morning. The service was nice, the food was pretty good. You can also tell that it’s better than some diner breakfast but not as good as some of the fancier places on the strip, like Jardin at the Wynn for example. My son got a classic breakfast with eggs and meat and he liked it. My wife got the vegetable skillet and I didn’t like it but she did. Overall it was good and I’d come back. Good choice for breakfast at the Cosmo besides Eggslut.

Another reminder of unnecessary high priced breakfast restaurants in Vegas. Nothing any special than to your local brunch or breakfast place in your town.

Their omelette was great! Their tater tot fries appetizer was great too.

Do not get the tomato soup lowkey very creamy which I don’t think pairs well with the the grilled cheese

The sandwich was good and also the short rib Benedict was good too.

Usually I consider a fancy breakfast a bit of a waste of money. I mean it’s eggs plus whatever. Not this time. Worth all that we spent ($41 each including a stack of heavenly light and delicious pancakes we 4 split).
Coffee, the biggest cup of delicious coffee I’ve had outside of a coffee shop. We all got something different and it was all superb.
Many thanks to our server Francis. So accommodating, friendly, big smile and did his job the way you wish everyone would.
It’s at 5! Hard stop pS we made a reservation as it’s hard to just walk in.

Wow, best poached eggs I’ve ever eaten..perfectly soft-boiled on the inside. The braised short rib tasted excellent. Avocado toast was well made; the capers added an extra level of complexity in flavors. Will definitely come back again

We wanted to grab breakfast and, since we were staying at The Cosmopolitan, decided to try The Henry. Even without a reservation, the hostess was friendly and quoted about an hour wait. We put our name down and went to gamble for a bit, but only about twenty minutes later we received a text that our table was ready, which was a pleasant surprise.

Once seated, our waiter greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. My wife and I shared the Braised Short Rib Benedict and the French Toast, and both were absolutely incredible. The Benedict came beautifully plated with tender braised short rib layered over a crispy potato cake, topped with perfectly poached eggs and a rich, velvety hollandaise. Every bite was perfectly balanced with the savory short rib and the crunch of the potato base soaking up the jus underneath.

The French Toast was just as impressive, featuring thick golden slices topped with fresh strawberries and bananas, toasted hazelnuts, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The whipped cream on top added the perfect light sweetness, and the syrup on the side was a nice touch for anyone wanting a little extra indulgence.

We also enjoyed some late-morning cocktails that were just as well-executed as the food, balanced, refreshing, and perfectly matched to the relaxed brunch vibe. Overall, The Henry delivered an exceptional breakfast experience with great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s an easy choice to return next time we’re staying at The Cosmopolitan.
