Our first time and we’ve heard great things so we decided to try! Our server, martha was amazing! Super attentive to our needs and was on top of everything. Great service. The food was amazing as well and we recommend the eggs benedict, it’s delicious! We definitely recommend this place for a delicious breakfast/brunch.

Love the breakfast here. I just had a single banana cream pancake with a bacon side and it was delicious. My wife really enjoyed the chicken and waffles. My daughter said the bacon egg and cheese was great but you need to get the brioche bun. Quick to get in and sit down on a Friday morning.

I was welcome by such a lovely host! We sat outside and it was so cute! Dana our waitress was full of energy, made us laugh so much and was very tentative to us! The food was absolutely delicious. We had the brisket skillet, French toast, s’mores waffles, and pulled pork skillet and all were amazing options! I would definitely recommend to come here for breakfast!

My family and I went to the Hen and the Hog after hearing about it from many friends. The food was incredible, especially the brisket eggs Benedict. Dana, our server, was fantastic. She was attentive and funny! The decor is old-school and unique and we loved the outdoor seating. We went back twice in a week we enjoyed it so much!

It was worth the drive. The wait was less than five on Saturday around 11:30 am. Food was cooked to perfection. Quaint homestyle environment. I enjoyed the Baja omelette with grits my fiancé had the steak, scrambled eggs with homestyle gravy. I added some of the gravy with grits it was great. Kudos to the cook and Dana.

The Hen and The Hog is hands down one of the best weekend brunch spots in Boca Raton! The food was outstanding from start to finish. The omelette was perfectly fluffy and packed with flavor, the home fried potatoes were crispy and well seasoned, and the waffle was golden, soft inside, and delicious with a touch of powdered sugar. The bacon, sausage, and cheesy scrambled eggs rounded everything out perfectly.
Everything looked as good as it tasted, and the portions were generous. Just be aware you will have to wait a little bit, especially on weekends. But honestly, the quality of the food and the cozy atmosphere make it completely worth it.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top tier brunch experience in Boca!

It’s a tiny rustic farmhouse style eatery. You’ll definitely have to wait a bit to get a table which is mostly the appeal I’ve learned… because people see the great reviews and the long waits and think that there must be something super special about this place. It’s just a small place with semi average breakfast and lunch food. I’ve been told there are some extravagant sweet french toast and pancakes here if you like that kind of thing. In my personal opinion, the food was fine and the service was okay but I don’t think it’s worth it to wait more than 10 minutes for this place if at all. I’ve honestly had similar ranking eats at other places for comparable prices. The iced coffee (of course didn’t expect much there) was plain dog water and the home fries were roughly lukewarm but okay. The food takes on my opinion way too long but if you can get in at an early time slot and want a freshly made breakfast, it may do the job… I wouldn’t categorize it as bad. But I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here necessarily. I don’t know if I see the praise as warranted.

This place is awesome. You’re transported to a place outside of Boca. It’s so laid back and easy going.
The food is incredible though!! Chicken and waffles are delicious. However, the Brisket Omelette is something everyone who loves brisket should try. It was amazing. I would return just to order the Brisket Omelette again.
