So satisfied with our return visit to Heel and Horn tonight after a performance! The kitchen is open later (10:30) than others in the vicinity, the staff were welcoming, and the appetizers we shared really hit the spot. We will definitely be back.

Ordered the steak and Ribs. I stupidly asked for my steak medium rare. I was served a slice of shoe leather, well done. Maybe my mistake for trying to order a steak in s place that only serves it when paired with ribs. I included a picture from the menu so you understand expectations vs reality snd to stick to hamburgers or chicken tenders which I assume this restaurant does a fine job with. . It was not worth $40 and I won’t be back. Staff were good though and seemed happy so they really are the only reason i had any good experience. The staff took my review from one star to two and they got a 20% tip. Food was abysmal.
Edit: I just looked at the menu again. This is supposed to be an 8oz ribeye cut. I guess it is possible. I couldn’t tell. I have had more flavor in a McDonalds patty. Again. The staff were nice.

Outdoor seating available with corn hole boards set up. Atmosphere inside is college theme “blue” We were seated in a timely manner. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Expansive menu ~from sandwiches, pizza , wings to steak entree’s available. Our appetizer was good. Our entree’s were good, steak was tender and the mashed potatoes with garlic creamy. I would like to have had more toppings than lettuce on my dinner salad.

First time and definitely will be back.. Had fried pickles for appetizer and they were delicious with good ranch to dip them in !! Husband had steak and ribs. Daughter had the chicken sandwich and I had meatloaf . Food was delicious.

Been here three times now; mid afternoon visit on Thursday, it was relatively empty. We got our food very fast. Ordered a Rueben with onion rings and a Cobb Salad. Had lemon pepper wings as well. It was all delicious. Food and service are both quality. Decently priced.

Heel & Horn is a great choice to accommodate families with 4+ members and even company functions of 10 – 20. Pricing is a very good value considering portion and quality of the food. The menu offers a large variety of options but the items that offer outstanding quality for the money are; any of the chicken sandwiches and any of the Pizza options. This place is gross…Awful experience. We were ignored by the waitstaff so they could roll silverware and napkins in the window booth directly beside our table. When I politely pointed out that the fries they brought me (with my burnt cheeseburger) were stone-cold the server rolled her eyes at me. We seriously should have gone to Cook Out (they are friendlier and their food is prepared with a degree of care and contentiousness). We won’t ever be back.

The burgers we got were good, but they were very wet! It was difficult to eat. We enjoyed our cocktails a lot. Our server was attentive. I would recommend for a family dinner, or casual bites.
