I stopped by this cozy health food bar yesterday and left with a huge smile (and a very happy stomach). Everything about the place just feels good the moment you walk in – warm, inviting atmosphere with plenty of natural light, plants everywhere, and chill but upbeat music that somehow makes you feel energized rather than overwhelmed.
The staff? Absolutely lovely. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely friendly, upbeat, and clearly passionate about what they serve. They took the time to explain ingredients, offered great recommendations without being pushy, and you can tell they actually enjoy being there. It’s rare to find that kind of positive energy in a quick-service spot these days.
I went for the açai bowl and a green goddess smoothie – both were fresh, flavorful, and packed with high-quality ingredients. Portions are generous and the presentation is beautiful (perfect for anyone who secretly loves a good Instagram moment with their breakfast).
Whether you’re a hardcore health nut or just looking for something tasty and nourishing, this place nails it. Great vibes, fantastic service, and food that leaves you feeling light and happy. Already planning my next visit – highly recommend! ✨

For the last couple of months I have been traveling to Merritt Island for work several times a month. On a recent trip I discovered The Health Bar and fell in love with the place!
Great vibe, healthy food and genuinely warm service.
Scarlett and her team are fantastic. Even when they are slammed, they’ve got a great process in place to keep things moving!
My favorite so far is the Uplifting Açaí Bowl. It fills me up and I don’t feel weighed down.

Everything was so tasty! The Mediterranean wrap with chicken was perfect! Even my kids were stealing bites of it. Everyone enjoyed the acai bowls and protein smoothie, too. The service was very kind and patient with my very indecisive family that took forever to order. We are so happy to have this healthy option on Merritt Island! My gluten intolerant family member was very happy too!

Lovely staff, such a cute space, fresh fresh food to go, great options, got to try the Mediterranean salad would of loved the chicken grilled on spot and added. Overall great stop for quick fast healthy food.

OMGoodness! What a great new addition to Merritt Island! You won’t find fresher healthier food anywhere (except maybe their other location in Rockledge)! Great menu, lots of options for all. Get the Green Dream smoothie!

I have visited this location on multiple occasions as it’s one of the few healthy places on Merritt Island and most of the time the experience is decent. The last time I visited, I watched as a customer that the teen staff knew be allowed behind the counter to help them get ice. He did not wash his hands before touching the handle of the ice scooper and scooping out several buckets of ice out of the ice machine, which is severely unsanitary!
During the same visit, the girl making my smoothie visibly messed it up, admitted it to a coworker who recommended she dilute it with more liquid so the smoothie was more of a juice.
The staff were also disheveled with the male staff member having very fluffy unhooked hair pointing in all directions, with a bunch of hickies on the neck (also did not wash his hands upon arriving at work and clocking in ). Out of the two girl, one had a crop top on with a very exposed mid section and loose hair.
Overall, just surprised that the basic sanitary standards were not observed – the staff may need to retake the food handler certification. As far as food, it is very dependent on who makes it, sometimes there will be a good amount of fruit and other times it’s just açaí, half a banana and a lot of Nutella.

Best smoothies around! Everything is so fresh and delicious, with plenty of healthy options to choose from. The customer service is always excellent, and the owner is truly the sweetest—you can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by!

The Heath Bar is lovely from the staff, the environment, and ofc the food! Normally I go and get the build your own bowl with açaí, pitaya, and blue majik topped with fresh strawberries, banana, pineapple, granola, nutella, and honey. Let me tell you it’s so good, everything I have tried always amazes me, always so quick and fresh! The staff is always so kind and always willing to help out. They always play great music and keep and clean environment. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who may want to try it or is just looking for an authentic açaí place!
