I don’t recommend it. The food has no connection to Vietnamese cuisine. The chef has no clue how to cook. I’ve never eaten so poorly in Vietnam. Such a high score is surprising. The ribs were mostly bone and cartilage, with no meat. The portions were small. The waitress didn’t know the name of the dish she brought. It’s hard to tell the alcohol in the mojito, nor in other drinks. I rarely write negative reviews, but this time, steer clear.

We went there multiple times to give it a chance, first time was actually pretty nice the food was good although the veggie option was lacking some taste , the service was somewhat okay , people seemed to be lost a bit but they made .
Second day we came it was absolutely heartbreaking, seemed like the place doesn’t know how to do service , we waited alot for the food and came in a different time that we had to eat in a 10 minutes time difference which made the whole eating outside experience lame and useless.
Overall the place has a nice potential if they improve the service doesn’t matter how good the food is if you get it late or cold then we lost the point.
7/10 I do recommend it and hope they become better

For the area, it has the potential to be a four-star spot, and much of the food is enjoyable thanks to the flavorful sauces they provide. I would highly recommend the meat meatballs, cheese balls, and the grilled chicken poke bowl, all were very tasty and well executed.
Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by an issue with the calamari. It was served extremely cold, and the server touched it to check the temperature and then refried the same calamari before bringing it back to the table, which was disappointing and concerning. With better food handling and consistency, this place could easily earn a higher rating.

We came to this place because of its high ratings and it lived up to all the expectations!! Cocktails, food and service were more amazing than we could have hoped. I would highly recommend if you’re in Cat Ba. Poke bowls were a stand out! Thank you to the wonderful staff

We really enjoyed the food here. The fresh salmon poke bowl was tasty and recommended. The garlic butter and pork meatballs were fabulous, served with chewy black rice and fresh rye bread. I enjoyed the baked cheesecake too (even if the slice was on the small side). Great food.

The salmon poke bowl is so delicious and really filling. All of the staff speak perfect English and everyone is really friendly. They have a huge list of drink options. We tried the passion fruit juice and the ginger honey iced tea. Everything is fresh and prepared right at the bar. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff. The restaurant was full and they forgot the drinks, BUT they compensated with free water or beer 😉 and apologized several times. The drinks (ice teas) were also delicious.

We went there for both lunch and dinner and had a wonderful experience, both from a food and a service perspective. The bowls are pretty big and rich in flavor. I would recommend going here if you want to try something different than the typical Vietnamese cuisine.

According to the recommendations here we took the salmon Poke ball which was good, and the pork meatballs which were excellent . Drinks: mango smoothie (yummy), espresso martini, coffee (too bitter for me) and chocolate Oreo blast, with cheesecake (yes we have a sweet tooth). All except the coffee very recommended. Good food and English speaking waiters!
