Decent bar food. Standard bar atmosphere. VERY limited parking. Music was BLARING loud this night. I get its a bar and it was Saturday night, but it was so loud you couldn’t even talk to the people across the table. Food was pretty good but nothing to go out of your way for. A bit spendy. I dont know about any of the other main dishes but our Rueben Sandwich didnt come with a side, such as fries or whatever. That was extra. Seemed they did it that way on purpose in order to tack on a few bucks more than what it would had the fries came with it. You know, charge 20 dollars for the sandwich and fries together, or charge 15 for the sandwich alone and 7 dollars for the fries. Service was friendly and quick however. Just an average food joint. There was nothing to make us say, “Wow! This place is great!” Probably wont be back unless everything else is closed on that particular night.

The restaurant has a unique layout, with one side featuring a bar and a few tables, while the other side has tables and some video games. The atmosphere is casual, with half the establishment unlit and without music playing and TV turned off. Overall, it feels like an unfinished relaxed place to hang out with friends around the bar.

The food is decent, especially if you’re looking for a place to grab a bite while enjoying some drinks with friends. However, it’s worth noting that it may not meet the expectations of those seeking homemade dishes. The menu advertised soup of the day, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. Similarly, they ran out of iced tea after serving just one glass. The fish and chips were prepacked, and the dressings were basic commercial bottles. For vegetarians, the options are limited, with the only choices being a Caesar salad without chicken or appetizers like jalapeno poppers.

On the brighter side, the burgers are satisfactory, and the sandwiches and burgers surprisingly come with a choice of sides, including hot and crispy fries. The variety of fries offered, such as honesty fries, sweet potato fries, steak fries, and tater tots, are particularly enjoyable.

In conclusion, while the restaurant may not offer an exceptional dining experience, it’s a good option for those looking to unwind with a few drinks and enjoy some well-prepared fried food.

My wife and I stopped by on a Friday Night. We had prime rib. Great meal. Great atmosphere and an added bonus for us is that it is a Veteran owned business. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a prime rib dip, it was so tender, melted in your mouth. Their home fries are home made, it’s hard to find that anymore. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. I also had a cup of corn chowder, excellent!

Stumbled upon this great gem of a location on our way from Seattle to Eastern Washington. Service was super friendly and efficient. Food was fresh and delish. So impressed. Wish we could have stayed for the band setting up nearby in “the rusty cage” / probably a great time there too. Thank you!

Stopped in for burgers on a Saturday evening. The place was busy which made for a nice upbeat atmosphere. Friendly, hardworking staff. Rodeo on the tube and live music started up around 8pm. So glad to have a great food and beverage/social option in Kittitas, we’ll definitely be back!

I went in for the first time on Monday 1/27. I’m not local, and wasn’t sure what to expect. The special of the day was a prime rib dip, so I couldn’t say no to that! It was delicious, great flavor and a good amount of food. The fried pickles are cut long and skinny like fries, which I hadn’t had before and really enjoyed. I was not able to stay long enough for drinks, but the vibe is friendly enough that I would have enjoyed sticking around and watching the rodeo channel longer. Next time I’m in the area I will be back.

Rylynn, (sp?) Was such a joy! My two girls and I had been traveling since 7:00 am had some bad food earlier and we were just wanting a good meal. My oldest and I had burgers that were so good I was wishing I wasn’t full, so I could have eaten more! My younger daughter got a Cobb salad and said every ingredient tasted fresh and the tomatoes were as if they had gotten them from the garden! I highly recommend! The atmosphere and staff plus the great food, were quite the rest and recuperation we needed!!! Thank you Rylynn!!
