This is a great restaurant for those early birds, as it opens at 6am and closes at 2pm most days. They have some popular breakfast deals which are sure to please. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and ‘Peppermint Patty’ latte flavor of the month. The flavor of the month is 50 cents off when you order it. My food was hot and fresh. A good sandwich. Meal was less than $10. There is plenty of parking. You can also go through their drive through. Wait time for meal was short. There are also chairs and couches here if you just want to get some morning coffee with a friend and chit-chat.

The Hatchery was filled with eager Saturday morning diners. That detracted from the atmosphere but assured these first time visitors the food would be very good. Indeed, the food was nicely presented and carefully prepared.
They have a no credit card and no debit card policy which meant I had to get Venmo to work on my phone to pay my bill. That was a huge negative for us since it took about 10 minutes to get it to work. Since that meant my payment went to a person instead of the restaurant, I can only imagine how that works for income taxes. Maybe the owners want to rethink that policy for folks like us from 700 miles away.

I visited The Hatchery for the first time last week and was not disappointed! The food was outstanding, and the service was even better. Our server was very personable and welcoming, and the salad I had was unmatched by anything I’ve had in a long time. If I get the opportunity, I will be back!

My biggest gripe was the wait. We were there for almost an hour before we ate. The food was definitely not worth the wait either. It all tasted canned, packaged or microwaved. Our waitress did a good job. The coffee was also really bad.

First time here for breakfast and was a little disappointed. The French Toast platter was so plain and had no flavor whatsoever. Only plain black coffee available. Prices are a little spendy. Staff was friendly. Great, unique atmosphere. Clean restaurant.

Enjoyed a massive breakfast this morning. Quick & generous portions. Last month we ordered the Friday morning almond pancakes, a Dutch favorite flavor. Also enjoy the self serve coffee.
