We had the pastrami burger on a soft sesame bun and I have to say, I was blown away. I’m used to pastrami’s being sliced thick and being extremely salty. However, it’s not the case here. I’ve been having it wrong all this time!
The pastrami ($12.60) was sliced thinly and it wasn’t salty. The onion rings ($4.85) came in a brown paper bag and it soaked up the grease. Nicely battered.
We got chili fries ($8.60) and added cheddar ($1.99). I didn’t like that the cheddar was not melted. Next time we would get small regular fries ($3.99) and a cup of chili ($2.99).
The soda fountain has touchless systems for the cups.
I ordered a double hamburger with avocado and a side of potato salad… and wow. The potato salad even trumped my mom’s (sorry, Mom). The burger was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—and get this: I spent less than $13. For a fresh-made burger and homemade potato salad in 2025? That’s almost unheard of.
While waiting for my food, I went to wash my hands and caught another employee scrubbing the ceiling tiles in the restroom. As a hospitality manager myself, I rarely see this kind of meticulous upkeep, especially on a quiet Sunday night. (7/20/25)
The food was absolutely incredible, but what really stood out was the pride this team clearly has in their restaurant. It wasn’t just a meal—it was a full-on reminder of what good service, good food, and a clean space can do for your mood. I’ll definitely be back.
Everything was flavorful and satisfying, especially the loaded fries. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The drive-thru was pretty busy around 2:30 p.m., but the line moved quickly. Overall a great stop for classic pastrami and comfort food.
the chili was a bit bland and too thick but with the the onion rings gave it more flavor. The onion rings alone were crispy and golden, not greasy at all. We ordered a large, and my family ate it fast. Great food, generous portions, and fast service. Definitely coming back!
Our online order was supposed to be ready at a certain time, but we waited another 15 minutes. The place was dead, so not sure what the holdup was. Their review ratings have dropped in the last couple months, and now I get why. Won’t be back till things turn around.
