The Harvester Restaurant is hands down one of the BEST places to eat in Southeast Missouri. Fresh food daily, buffet Monday-Thursday, the most amazing hand breaded chicken strips and catfish. Daily specials, amazing desserts. Service is top notch. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Passing through or just visiting – The Harvester is a MUST!!

There really is a Mary Ada! Her daughter works there too. Great family business.
Food was so fresh and great tasting. I love the area. We had yummy burgers and the chicken. Fries are very good.

Absolutely delicious fried chicken. Very nice people. Nicely renovated. Good down home cooking through and through. If you leave hungry, you did it wrong. It’s also very convenient they’re open Monday through Wednesday evenings.

I’m from Ohio here on a job assignment. Was thankful to find a restaurant open on Easter Sunday. We didn’t have reservations but the staff was so accommodating to seat us. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the fried chicken. Thank you Mary Ada’s, will definitely be back.
