Nothing is too hot unless you make it so, just great flavors.

Today was my first time ever stopping by this place, and i do not regret stopping by. Starting off, I love the atmosphere. It has that small roadside taco shop vibe with a local twist. I also love the fact that it’s a local business and not a giant corporate chain which you can tell by their focus on the customer. The place is small so i can see it being hard to find a place to sit on a really busy day but they do offer take out service too. You self serve your drinks but they bring everything else to the table. My server, i believe his name is Ian but not sure, was great. He made suggestions, the beef rice bowl was amazing, and made me feel welcomed unlike so many big chains these days. The food! I mean what could I say about the food? AMAZING! That’s what. The chips are made in house and are delicious. The salsa and queso are both great and flavorful. Not watered down like some places. I came on a Tuesday and their special was three tacos. I took mine crunchy and supreme. The shells are made in house, like the chips, and a very scrumptious. They crunchy but hold up well and do not get soggy. I wish i would of noticed the topping options before but what i got, the supreme toppings, was very delicious so i can not complain about having another reason to come back here to try them all. I also got the beef rice bowl with added grilled onions and peppers. It was also amazing and the serving size was bigger than expected, which is really nice because i get to take some home. The price is not bad, after all you get what you pay for. Well, not really here because i feel like you get more than you pay for compared to these other places. Based on the quality and service i believe the price to be really really fair. Overall, i could not recommend trying this place more because I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. I will definitely be giving them a second visit.

The happy taco is a great place to go. Our first time was yesterday. May 17th 25, we ordered straight tacos, and American tacos and both were delicious. Plus, they have the most delicious cheese dip. Logan, our server was super kind and brought us everything we needed plus some water. I posted pictures of the establishment and also the menu I highly recommend this place.

i went today. and everything was absolutely Delicious, All the food was good, The boy was a new worker, and did a fantastic job on ordering our food, everything was Hot and fresh, and Yes they are Paper plates and plastic but it makes it so much better! and remember EVERYONE! its a family own restaurant, they do things different!!, but everything was so wonderful, and Everyone is so kind, there are so many rude people out there and they still be clam taking your order, We messed up our order, and we still reordered the thing we actually needed with no problems at all. You guys deserve to be a 5 star! we had a wonderful time and great conversations. and you sit yourself and Do everything your self, and not making people do things for you. 100% recommend! THANK you Happy taco staff yall did a wonderful JOB! ive been going there ever since it opened. and its still wonderful

The food was ok. You will get your own drinks in Styrofoam cups and plastic utensils, and the food is on paper plates. The food is full price!!! The portion size for two of the things that we ordered was decent. One portion size was small. The 14-inch grilled stuff burrito was big. The chicken fajitas were nice. However, the two tacos were small. The tasted fine, there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. This place could be great if more attention was paid to and given to the atmosphere and decor. Staff demeanor plays a role in total experience as well. There is a lot that goes into a decision on where people spend their money. It is a locally owned business, which I champion just wish they could offer a total package.

Their food was delicious. Most resturants do not season their taco meat, but theirs was on point. I’ll choose the Happy Taco over Tucan from now on. I didn’t catch our servers name, but he was such a nice guy and super attentive.

Pleasantly surprised. Went w/another couple for taco Tuesday. 3 for 5 bucks, great like they come or pump ’em up for a little extra. Went back the following week but went with the grilled steak burrito this time just to explore the menu and little. Great taste, Great prices Great staff. We are glad to have stopped in and try out a small hometown business. Did I mention Great prices people and place. Definitely a new favorite.

The food is good and its a hole in the wall kind of place; no problems there. However, every time we eat the plates are crammed full. I don’t mean the portions are excessive; I mean the entrée, beans and rice are all piled onto the smallest plate possible. I ordered the barbacoa mega burrito with rice and beans on the side. The burrito came in a basket with paper and the beans and rice on a tiny plate. The burrito juices spilled around the basket and out of the paper as I cut the burrito(not a plate, a basket and piece of deli paper) onto the table making a disgusting mess. The plate of rice and beans was so crowded it spilled all over the table. This is the case every time we eat here… the food here is great, but the plating and presentation is terrible.

Ordered fajitas from door dash. The picture shows beef and it does not give you an option to chose any other type of meat. When I get them, they are chicken. Called and let the owner know and he told me that …yea you did not specify so you got chicken. I explained that you did not get an option and it shows beef. This is just one of many issues we have had with them. No more chances. Owner is very rude. He said you can come get them, seriously….I’m at work. Then he hung up on me. BTW, the fajitas are NOT mind blowing.

So happy we stopped in. Came for the Tuesday special of three tacos for $5.00 which we didn’t even end up ordering. Service was great, was so pleased that the Pico and Guacamole was homemade and delicious, the Queso sauce was also delicious and the tortilla chips outstanding. I ordered the puffy taco with chicken and my father got three steak tacos. The restaurant was clean and the service good as well. Great little find… will be back.
