I cannot praise Tina (The Happy Little Baker) enough. I ordered a chiffon cake for my birthday treat. So delicious and fluffy! I consider myself an intermediate baker myself (when I have time.) So, I was super impressed that everything was completely from scratch, with no preservatives–and perfect! I also got some red velvet cupcakes for work, and her cream cheese icing is phenomenal Tina is so nice, and offers gluten free, sugar free, allergy friendly and just about anything special that you can imagine. I was also surprised how reasonable her pricing was. I’ll be back! You’ve got to check her out!

This is an amazing bakery run by an amazing chef. She hand delivered (including a note) a birthday cake to my Nieces Son and family who are all still mourning the recent loss of their Dad and husband. I will send another cake for the younger son in September. The owner is an Angel and my niece sent a picture that made them all cry. It was so beautiful and doing same day was a gift for sure. We live far from them so this was such a great find. Make sure she stays open everyone!
