It’s ok, not great.
Been in here quite a few times and sometimes they use their bare hands on the chips, no gloves.
The main problem though is oversalting, christ knows how much they spend on salt a week as every time I have been in here the chips are always way too salty ( I ask for without salt and do it at home but if the family are buying then this doesn’t always happen).

Been getting food from here for 12 years and today the service was very poor and told if I don’t like it go somewhere else. Fish was overcooked and the bosses attitude towards me was appalling. Definitely will never ever go here again and would advise you all to think twice about going there

Simply outstanding fish n chips! And I have had the best of Canada, England and Scotland! Large portions, the batter was excellent, light and crispy and..the chips were perfect! Plentiful, and melt in your mouth. I hope the owners are still there the next time I get back the the UK.

“I used to visit this great fish and chip shop when my colleague and I worked for Tesco. He would prepare our order as quickly as possible while keeping it fresh, as we were still working on our deliveries. Sadly, we no longer work that way, but honestly, this is the best chippy in Winslow.”

Been using this chippy for many years and always find the food tastes good and the staff friendly. We no longer live in Winslow but I still travel the 8 miles each way to get my fish and chips from this shop and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The worst chips I have ever had. Some were soggy and overcooked and some were raw. Could only take one bite of the sausage and threw the rest away. 1 stay is more than they deserve. Such a shame because the place looks neat and clean.

AVOID. Used before but thought we would give them a second attempt. As first order was wrong! Attempted again as local! Very Rude, don’t know how to speak to customers. Very offensive when commented on portion sizes. A large chips were a handful at least. Won’t be using again tastes of dirty oil. Curry sauce is like water. AVOID take your money elsewhere! A takeaway is a treat! What a disappointment.
