We were looking for a burger last 9pm in Chelan and this was about the only place open. It was such a great experience! We had perfect burgers with juicy patties and very kind servers. Definitely recommend!

Love the food here. Breakfasts are the best and can’t go wrong with the dinners either! Oh and ice cream on the other side open normal hours too. Not shut down early like almost every other place in Chelan

Great tasting food and beautiful presentation. Had the white chicken chili on the advice of another patron. It was good. Also, my sister had a shrimp dish – it looked just like a picture – so yummy, too. Niece had burger and it looked great. Next time a burger there. Great staff and love the owners. Was her birthday when we went in. Great atmosphere. Love this place!

We’ve come to Chelan at least once a year for many years. We dine out about 2/3 the time at BC McDonald’s each time. It is apparently under new management/ownership since we were last here. The changes are clear and not beneficial. We tried twice to eat there today. In the afternoon we arrived during a time they have no food service? Later we waited more than 20 minuted to be seated. After 15 minutes with no one coming by to take even a drink order, we left again. I don’t ever recall needing to wait for seating previously. Several small parties added their names to the growing list, only to leave before being seated. The menu has been dramatically reduced (a couple of burger options, a couple of salad options). The prices are much higher, and rival those of the Campbell’s resort across the street, which provide many choices, quick seating and service at the same elevated prices. BC McDonald has been our mainstay when here, but it appears that will be changing.

What a disappointment. Outrageously priced for the quality of food served. Our waiter was so incredibly rude we felt it was a bother to be eating here tonight. He actually said it’s never this busy and there were 4 tables occupied. Our food was cold, I had to go looking for items such as napkins, and was given the wrong tab to top it off was charged 1.50 service charge for using a debit card for a 70.00 meal, talk about taking advantage of locals with tourist mentality. This is a definite no go.

Theres not much open on a sunday night but we found this place and decided to give them a try. We sat outside and the view made this dining experience worth it. The food wasnt the best but it was okay. Ground beef on nachos was not seasoned at all but the chips they used was good. They seemed very under staffed. We ordered drinks and the server forgot about them.

Our food was okay at best, and service was awkward. I tried ordering nachos, which I was told they couldn’t do because the oven was broken. So then I ordered calamari, which our server got so excited about that she basically forced me to high five her. It was just weird and awkward. Then the calamari comes out and it’s strips instead of rings. I feel like the menu should specify calamari strips if that’s what is being served. The wings were pretty good but I doubt we will be back.

We met some friends for drinks over the labor day weekend and were going to meet at another bar up the road but it was packed with people so we came here. The place was DEAD! I will say that the customer service was great but there was almost nobody in the bar. On the plus side we were at least able to have a conversation without telling at each other but on the down side because it was so dead we couldnt people watch which is one of our favorite things to do at the bar. I would suggest to the owner of this bar advertise a drink special each night, turn the music up so it can actually be heard, and open the front door so it seems more inviting. I think if you did those things you would probably get some more people coming in.

Lunch was great! Very friendly ownership and staff. Parked the boat at the Public dock for free and walked 2 minutes. Wife and I shared a BC Bacon Cheeseburger with crispy onions and Jack Daniels BBQ added. Kids shared a Grilled Cheese and fries. Great ambiance and amazing music.
