$12 for a baby burger with one sliver of bacon on it, a handful of fries, and a can of soda. The pickles were $3.59 for that bitty handful. The burger was decent, the fries taste like the generic bagged fries from the discount bin at the grocery store, and the pickles were covered in what tasted like salty pancake batter. The staff were friendly, but need to wipe down the tables. It looked like a fun place to eat, so we stopped. I don’t see myself going back, though.

The food was excellent the Hawaiian burger was so juicy, they make a sweet mayo that is perfect for it. The shacks are delicious, will be visiting again. It is definitely worth the time and money to try highly recommend 10 out 10

Cooked fresh and staff was friendly! I had the Shack burger and the onions were perfectly caramelized. If I come through Buffalo again I will definitely be back! Great food!

Great for a pit stop on a long road trip. With other people giving this burger joint a high rating, we had to try it out. We were not disappointed. The tenderloin was huge, and you can tell they seasoned their own breading. I had the Hawaiian burger combo, and it was a wonderful take on a smash burger. The fries were delicious and hot, these are the type of fries you don’t need ketchup with, but it’s always nice to have.

Delicious burger and fries! I got the firecracker burger. Pepper jack cheese, jalapeño sauce, jalapeños and bacon. Nice toasted bun too.

I recently tried Hamburger Shack’s burgers for the first time. I was immediately impressed by the flavorful beef. Apparently, they use a blend of 3 quality cuts of beef, ground together. It’s magic! It is exactly what a hamburger should taste like. I appreciate their passion for providing quality food and attention to detail. I also tried the house-made Hawaiian sauce. I had heard it was delicious, but it was exceptional. I greatly appreciate this family for all of their hard work, tenacity, and effort in providing a quality product our whole community can all be proud of.
