very bad customer service. The place supposed to open an 11 but they set up at 11:10. I asked for crispy chicken but they said i gotta wait 5-10 mins for it, I did so, I ended up waiting for 15 mins so I just walked away instead of wasting my time there, I have asked them how many more minutes i have to wait, they said three but after 3 minute my food was not ready. I tried my friend’s food to see if it is good and it was 7/10, not bad

I’ve came here numerous times and I love it, but whats wrong with today?? The portion is stingy as hell. barley half of the bowl filled. I had to keep asking the workers to add more. If the portions are gonna be like this in the future I am not coming back. Two bites of a shallow scoop of beef is not cool when I’m paying this much.

We were on a feild trip to UCR Labs and we went to the food hub for snacks. Me and my friends only had cash and they were awesome enough to take it. We ended up getting the fry bowl, which was delicious. The fries were crispy, the chicken was amazing and all the toppings were delicious . I do wish the hot sauce was a bit spicier but besides that it was delicious. We even got the food on the house. Amazing staff too. 10/10.

Their standards have gone done. I ordered the naanarito and it used to come with complementary fries; now they removed it. Ridiculously expensive and their portion sizes are really small. You are better off with other dining choices on campus than this one.

Naanarito was so good, but WAYYYY overpriced. Adding quinoa salad and avocado was two dollars each when youre already paying 13 dollars for a basic burrito. INSANE. I feel so bad for the students.

Im a ucr student and I love this place!! The pita chips are sooo delicious. Every time I go the staff is so friendly that I’m honestly thinking about applying. The manager and supervisors are so helpful. I had an incident where I ordered the wrong thing and they were so accommodating and understanding. If you want great service and food, make sure to check it out!

This is one of the best places to eat in the HUB for vegetarians and vegans. Multiple choices for vegan food and it always comes out fresh and very good! It’s a build your own bowl style place that takes care to explain their options and ingredients to any new customers and still give fast service!
