I ordered from a delivery app and this was the 1st and last time I would order from The Halal Guys,
I ordered a Beef gyro with falafel. The meal was kind of ruined by the falafel, which was extremely dry and overcooked. They honestly looked and tasted like burnt meatballs rather than fresh falafel. The outside was too hard, and the inside had no moisture at all.
The rest of the plate was fine, but falafel is a key part of the meal, and when it’s this dry, it throws everything off.

Wanted mediterranean food and decide to try this place. We were super excited, but unfortunately, we’re disappointed with the experience and the food.
There were two employees there. The service was definitely without a smile and honestly, I felt like we were burdening the employee. We did let them know that it was our first time there, but neither employee explained anything about the food or welcomed us.
We ordered three large gyro plates and two drinks and our order came out to be around $56. I did request to try the chicken before I ordered to make sure the chicken had enough seasoning and in my opinion it lacked flavor. And the spicy chicken was too spicy for me. It was heat with no flavor in my opinion. That’s why we decided to go with the Gyro meat instead. They were very stingy with their toppings we had to request additional tomatoes, which they did not seem to be happy about since both employees looked at each other. And an extra packet of sauce was $1. Considering how small the packet is, you would think the large bowl came with two packets of sauce but no. You only get one.
For the amount of money we paid, it was definitely not worth it. The rice lacked flavor & even the gyro meat was subpar (Who can mess up Gyros?). The drinks were meh. Needless to say the food was bland! Personally, I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone who asks me.

I had a fantastic experience at The Halal Guys, and a huge part of that was thanks to Maryum! From the moment I walked in, Maryum greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel incredibly welcome.
She was very knowledgeable about the menu, patiently answered all my questions, and even gave great recommendations on what sauces to try (and how much hot sauce to add!). Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, even during a busy time.
Not only was she efficient and quick with preparing the order, but she also made sure everything was perfect before handing it over. It’s rare to see someone who balances speed, friendliness, and quality so effortlessly.

We came here for lunch and it was delicious. The service behind the counter was so patient and kind so we ordered our meals easily. The ingredients were so fresh and our bowls weren’t heavy to the stomach even though a size Small was plentiful for me! I asked to add more white sauce to my bowl and it was perfect. The cake was something I haven’t had before, the flakiness of the top layer was delicious and the cream cheese wasn’t too sweet but sweet enough. Definitely will continue to come again.

We really loved it! My husband favors this restaurant! It was great because our kids were able to find something to enjoy as well! Moussa was AWESOME!! He was holding it down by himself for while and handled it with grace and efficiency. My meal took a little longer to prepare but as soon as he was able he got my food to me and was super kind. His customer service was unmatched!!

The Halal Guys served up traditional Middle Eastern fare. We opted for the chicken and spicy chicken combo. The portions were generous, brimming with vegetables, giving it a healthy appeal. While my daughter couldn’t finish her meal, I managed to polish mine off. The only downside was the interior being excessively warm, which made me slightly uncomfortable. Apparently, their air conditioning system was out of order.
