Went for dinner and Friday night music at the Habitat. Awesome experience! Vocals on the music could have used a boost, but the vibes, the service, and the atmosphere were Top Notch. I enjoyed what may have been the best Salmon/fish sandwich Ive ever had. We will certainly be back soon

January 29,
We started coming to Weber’s hotel over the last month, due to needing the cancer center in A2.
This is our third visit, and we couldn’t wait to grab a fancy coffee & dessert at the Habitat. The chocolate cake and Irish coffee didn’t disappoint! But most importantly, we want to give a shout out to Austin! He is an amazing young man. He is a low pressure server.., which is great, because I wanted to treat my husband and myself to a great dessert, (which I did) without feeling like the server was trying to up sale it, as an “add on”.
Austin, next week when we return, Prime Rib will be our meal if choice!
Thank you Austin, keep your easy going approach, it was a pleasure to spend time in your serving area.

Never felt so unwelcome ! My family of 9 were visiting and were pretty excited to have a beautiful evening at The Habitat but that quickly changed, they seated us and despite asking 3 times for them to clean the filthy table they placed the waters down and refused to acknowledge it. When finally someone came to clean the table they cleaned half of one of three tables! Before we even finished our drinks our server Katie.K came to us asking if we wanted the check.Since we really wanted to have dinner and she mentioned it was not possible the waitress said she don’t blame us for closing out our bill ! Never have I expected such rude and unwelcoming behavior!12/06/25

I always love coming to The Habitat on Friday and Saturday nights for drinks, apps, and jazz! I especially enjoy when the band features other artists like singers and the flute player, Kelly. I look forward to coming here, and I think it has the perfect ambiance for just hanging out.
The bartender is also very kind. She remembered me from before!

The Habitat is a great spot, casual yet classy; the vibe is cool, the hospitality and service are warm and friendly. This space is smaller, cozier and more intimate than the adjacent Webers dining room. Menu is simple and neat. And if you’re lucky you’ll catch a live jazz show while dining or enjoying craft cocktails at the bar. Truly a gem in Ann Arbor!

My girlfriend and I came by to checkout The Habitat on our date night. Drinks and food were pretty good, but the service was atrocious. We were checked on very infrequently, never offered a menu for food, etc. It truthfully felt like we weren’t welcome here. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Very sad to smell the atrocious scenting! It was stifling and felt like you were walking into a perfume factory with bad smelling perfume! It was so strong that you couldn’t smell or taste the food. At those prices, I want to be able to smell and taste the food that I used to consider top notch. The music is great and our waitperson (Katie?) was outsanding. Stop with the scenting! It’s gross!

Usually, we have a good experience at habitat and we frequent the happy hour. We were there on a Friday night. The service was atrocious. Our server was seldom seen, we were not refilled on our drinks or offered cocktails at the happy hour. The food and atmosphere is great, but without good service this restaurant is not worth visiting.

Amazing service! French onion soup was amazing! Prime rib (medium rare) was out of this world delicious! And you can’t beat a loaded bake potato! Would definitely go again! Price for 3 without drinks ran about $100 without tip (each having an app or salad and main entree which included lobster, the prime rib and the market price fish!)
