We love their food. The family boxes that we can mix and match are our number one pick when ordering from here. Very reasonably priced. We usually get it to go but the environment is very friendly and clean if you choose to dine in. Highly recommend.

I would categorize habit burger under shake shack compared to McDonald’s and in n out. They have sandwiches, salads, other sides and a shakes too! I got the regular char burger with cheese, upgraded my fries to sweet potato fries. The char burger reminds me of a Burger King burger. This location is next to the mall. There’s plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating. No drive thru but they have kiosks you can order from and the workers are very helpful! Lots of families come here to dine in and eat. Plenty of space to dine for all families!

Finally went to Habit in Fairfield with my 92 year old mom. Since I’ve discovered Habit Burger I’ve not been to Burger City in Vacaville. The burgers at Habit are a bit smaller and I’m able to eat the whole thing. The sides are great; the fries, onion rings and beans are fresh. The restrooms are clean but you will need a code to enter.

Ordered the Double Char Burger got it Delivered and it came drenched in what it tasted like Mac sauce the tomatoes and lettuce tasted old and was welted in shreds definitely not fresh had to toss it out and made the rest of the Burger un-enjoyable it was just soggy and salty .. The Ranch was extra .75 and was real watery if wasn’t enough that the burger was $12 … Glad I got the Onion Rings or else I’d be Hangry ..it also made up for the extra star I’m leaving cause they were the best overall.. Buuut.. I will stick to Good Ol Burger King it tastes just about the same but fresher ingredients and no watered down sauce.. (Also.. this was just my experience and my own opinion everyone to there own )

I only order salads from here due to diet restrictions. the salads are delicious and cost less than other salads the same size from near by restaurants. prompt service whether I go in or order for delivery. I really like that you get more lettuce (leafs) than the stem, unlike nearby restaurants that add the stem as a majority of the salad.

Unacceptable customer service | Great burgers, shame about the service. Ordered fresh ice tea from a kiosk. None available. Refused requested refund from manager. Not possible because the kiosk is a “3rd party system”…it’s in your store. Life is too short to ring customer service. Buying in-store ought to mean fixing in-store.
Also: clean the dining room please. I bussed this tray for The Habit, which I’ve just broken. Try In-n-Out instead—consistently great service there.

Stopped here at the Fairfield location for the first time today. Food was very good. I was not disappointed. I had the double charburger with bacon. This meal comes with fries and a medium drink. The fries were good, but weren’t very fresh. They were barely warm. So that’s my only gripe. Other than that, everything else was very good. I’d go back.
