A drive thru and look at this food! It’s all good, but I’m really here to send mass Love to Chris. He really brings a friendly, community spirit to the drive thru. I was feeling some kinda way. He lifted my spirit with a few quick words and a whole lot of wise understanding. I KNOW I’ll be returning to see how Chris is doing when I’m back in town. I visited this location earlier today for my lunch which was at like 12pm, I had the sliders and they looked so cute. I was doing my work on the laptop and a lady I believe her name was Martha came by to say hi and ask if I needed anything. I’ve never had this happen before and I loved that I told her I was just gonna get a refill and head out and she offered to get it for me. She even got my half tea half lemonade portion right. As long as her name stays on that front door I’ll definitely be back, yall have earned yourself a new regular. Free wifi however would be very greatly appreciated since I would prefer to do my work from here instead of at home thanks

This is the third strike for me. Took 18 minutes to get my cheeseburger. It came without cheese and a burned, crispy bun. They remadit it no problem, but didn’t offer to remake my fries. Of course, by the time I got my new burger, the fries were cold ( and it came with tomatoes, when I ordered it without tomatoes.) First strike was completely cold fries on my second visit, and over 15 minutes to get order on my third visit. And it isn’t busy!

The place was clean, the food was good, and the wait wasn’t very long. I think the customer service was what makes this particular Habit get 5 stars. The gentleman who took my order was great. I don’t know if he was the manager… but if he wasn’t, he should be considered for the position. He was quick and courteous and even made sure to check and see what sauce my son wanted for his chicken pieces. He executed our order in an extremely professional manner from beginning to end. And while eating, I noticed he did the same with every other customer that came in. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars for the atmosphere was due to the broken door in the dining area… the one that kept opening every other minute, just slight enough for the air curtain to go on and off… and on and off and on and off …. Not the most comfortable way to dine on some tasty food, to say the least. That said, having faith that the door will be fixed soon, I will definitely be back.

The service at this location is top of the line. The closing manager on Sunday was awesome. He is very courteous, attentive, and ensures that his workers are also the same. He does it in a great way. Food was also great. Customization was observed (no pickles). Will be back.

But bad experience at this location about thirty minutes before closing at the drive through. was being rushed and didn’t get to finish my order before he raised his voice saying we’re about to close and talking to other employees.
