Parking is alright. The entrance is a little bit weird. Overall, we like the Char cheeseburger and Chicken Club sandwich. Their French fries are good, not too salty. The kids also like the Strawberry limeade. You’ll need to ask for any utensils.

I had a couple of very good char burgers with cheese from this Habit burger. I ordered to go and had lunch at a nice local park. I asked for no mayo.
The burgers were very tasty and I was happy they left out the mayo. They were a little under, which surprised me, but I like my burgers that way: medium to medium well. These were medium well. The lettuce was abundant, the tomatoes were fresh, and tender to the touch.
If I were to make a complaint, which is not really a complaint, but of comment. Maybe a little lettuce next time. The service was very friendly at the counter.

First time and last time coming here. The food here was awful. Burger meat was rubbery like it was reheated under a heat lamp to many times and tasted like nothing. Fries were way over cooked. The chicken in the chicken sandwich tasted like fish and looked like fish. They probably gave me fish. Spent $60 on food that we ended up just throwing out. Never coming here again.

When I saw they were opening a Habit burger here I was legit excited, it USED TO be my fav burger chain and this would be the only location in the area.
I loved the sdsu location, the burgers were affordable and tasty! And the FRIESSS 🙂 but this place has been nothing but a let down.
I’ve come here a number of times hoping to get that again and nope, at best the food is mediocre and at worst I have to pick out choking hazards out of my burger, no bueno. I dont know what they are doing to train the cooks but its been nothing but disappointment after disappointment, its sad.
The buns taste like cardboard

I have been to this place like maybe four times now. I like that it is clean and their ordering system dine in or take out is well organized. I thought I lost my bracelet there so I went back and also called on the phone. Surprisingly. they answered. I talked to Melissa on the phone and Anthony the manager. He was kind enough to take my number in case someone turned it in. By the time I got home in the evening, I found my bracelet on the kitchen floor. I went back to the store again to have dinner with my daughter. I was impressed that today, their Ice tea machine was already fixed and no more wet floors like yesterday. It wasn’t their fault. Some customers broke their ice tea machine so it caused the wet floors. I commended Anthony yesterday so rolling with the punches. Today, the restaurant looked so clean as if no mishap happened the day before. Even, yesterday, we ate at lunch time by the evening when I came back all the mess was cleaned up. Good job.

Habit Burger would rate much higher if not for the poor quality of service and obvious entitlement. I have reached the end of my patience.
In this last case, the order was wrong. They charged me for six drinks. I asked it be adjusted but they refused. The gentleman in the picture kept insisting that I placed the order (thus not his responsibility). If he put as much effort into correcting the problem as he did arguing with me then there would be no issue.
The lady working the counter walked away. I was told to call an 800 number. Except if I leave with the food and without a correction of the bill then we all know how that goes.
While I was discussing it with the man in the picture, I reviewed the burgers. Of course they were not marked. This place will insist you leave a tip – including at the drive thru. But they don’t bother to mark which burger is which, resulting in your having to touch everyone’s food to determine which belongs to who. You know…provide actual service for the tip they demand. This has been an ongoing issue for some time. I generally avoid. Today was the last straw. I left, without my food. I just don’t care for the attitude. All I needed was a little service. good riddance. I will be charging it back.

Went there with my family last night after the game. The line was super long, and the wait time wasn’t short either but honestly, I didn’t mind at all because the food was absolutely incredible.
What really stood out to me was the girl with short hair she was doing pretty much everything. She was handling customers, double checking orders, running around making sure everything was right, and even cleaned up the restaurant once things slowed down.
All I can say is: she 100% DESERVES a raise (or at the very least some serious recognition). It’s rare to see someone work that hard and still deliver amazing customer service these days.
