Great customer service!

I would recommend getting the Tirokafteri (spicy cheese) as a side/appetizer! Pita bread alone was so fresh and fluffy.

The chicken gyro was great! The fresh and crisp bites of tomatoes and onions paired with the chicken. Yummy.

Its a nice Greek place, food was ok kinda of plain but the star of the show was the Hummus. That was the best I have had. They make it themselves. My husband had a gyro and said it was delicious. There are not many Greek food places around so if you would like some this place isn’t to bad.

I was excited to try this place, but it ended up being disappointing. My gyro was mostly bread with barely any chicken, and the chicken that was there was dry. The food overall was pretty bland, which was surprising for a Greek restaurant where you usually expect bold flavor.

I also ordered the lemon rice soup and the portion was extremely small. For a $20 meal, I honestly left hungrier than when I came in. It felt more like a lunch special portion, but it wasn’t priced that way. Unfortunately, the portion sizes and flavor just didn’t make it worth the money.

I have a gluten allergy and wanted to comment on my experience here. Overall the food is DELICIOUS. The gluten free pita was so good, I’m honestly worried I didn’t even receive the right pita. The only reason I’m rating 3 stars is because I have heard about so many good experiences here with no cross contamination, and that they had a separate station and knowledge of celiac and gluten sensitivities. I got sick after eating here unfortunately, which I am disappointed about because the food was just so good. Especially the hummus!! I am understanding though that there won’t a 100% certainty of no cross contamination, but wanted to share my experience for any other people like me to just be cautious.

We ordered the Original Greek Gyro with fries and the Chicken Souvlaki Pita. Both were delicious. The gyro had plenty of meat. The fries were crispy and tasty. And the restaurant looked very clean and welcoming even though is fairly small. Service was decent and food was served quickly.

I order here a lot from home and have never had any issues. The one time I order at work (which is closer to my job than home) last night, about a 3 hours before closing. Ordered my FAVORITE Dolmades (2) which were yummy, but the Tzatziki and pita I ordered came in with Hummus rather what I ordered, Tzatziki bc I absolutely loveeeee dipping my Dolma in Tzatziki. No problem, received a refund for $7.50. Ordered another set of Tzatziki and pita so I could dip my Dolma in and devour them only to be met with YET ANOTHER HUMMAS! COME ON. To screw up once, I get, but 2 times? I hope I don’t encounter with this again. I’m sorry for the bad review but I did try to call and let be known the mistake, only to be left on hold indefinitely. I love y’all’s food….with the holidays, I understand the busier days, we just got to listen and react. Not take 15m on hold for a response. Kudos to the kid who apologized. Keep up the great work, but also please pay attention. I’ve worked 60 hours this week and all I really wanted was my Tzatziki! I paid $4.50 EXTRA for something I already paid for only to not get it again. Come on yall.

My girlfriend and I enjoy spending our free time finding new places during small adventures while traveling. A large part of this is always finding good places to eat with great people. It would be an understatement to say that The Gyro Spot met every bit of that criteria for us and then some! The food was delicious, the owner and employees were incredibly polite and more than welcoming to all who came in whether for delivery or dine in. If given the chance, pop in and try them out. I have no doubt you will be pleased with your experience and find it worth the stop!

Food was great! It was hot and fresh. Lots of people in and out. The owner spoke to everyone that came in and made them welcome. I got the original gyro platter and it was huge! Plenty of food and I’m a big guy that likes to eat. My only two things I would change, I want another pita or two to eat my meal with and I wish that my fork came with salt and pepper. Not a deal breaker by any means but it would have made things easier to eat. Definitely recommend for a quick bite.
