I meant to write this earlier, but I was in town last weekend. I wasn’t familiar with the area and was hungry, and I didn’t want to spend a fortune. I happened to run across this place when a woman walked past me out of a store with something that smelled so good and familiar. I ran across the Gyro spot. The woman working the counter welcomed me when I walked in. I wanted something different. I got Zeus gyro fries with extra of all the sauces and added their spicy feta sauce. OMG, was it amazing . Pretty much a junk food fry or a hangover cure. Whichever one you want to call it, but man, I wish I lived in town just for these. This is probably one of the best things I had while I was in town. If i’m ever in town again, i’m coming back for these. Thank you Gyro spot employees for a wonderful experience.

2/4/26 8pm: Saw a sign that said best of 2025 on front door. OK. Figured let’s try it. Big mistake. First, the young woman at the counter was blasting music. Loud. Second, I ordered a lamb beef gyro. The meat was dry, old and cold. Fries were also cold. Wasted $17 on stale old food. Best of 2025? By what standard?

Found this place because of the old phantom gourmet segment. I was very exited to find a gyro place closer to me. Went in with high hopes but was very disappointed. While the portions are amazing for the price. The lemon soup tasted of a glorified chicken noodle soup. The gyros meat was pitiful it had the consistency nearing jerky and the fries were not seasoned with anything. I would come back when/if the owners are working. I’m hoping if was just a fluke

Area was cold for a dinning area. There is no shelter from the wind and cold coming in everyone someone comes in the door. Food a bit overpriced. Small portions. Also chicken was dry and stale. Sorry!

Got a beef & lamb gyro, and a bottled soda. This was my very first gyro and it was DELICIOUS. The portion was perfect for a meal and very reasonable pricing. Definitely more of a takeout spot but it was comfortable enough to stop in and have a quick meal there. Will definitely be back to either dine-in or grab take out and would recommend it to others.

Place has fallen off the face of earth. I remember when this was the best place on elm.
The french fry switch is crazy!!! The Gyro was loaded up with sauce, where I thought I was eating pasta. Should’ve known when there was a steak and cheese on the menu. Very disappointed.
Less is more. Rooting for them to become great again, until then I’m out.

So sad about this spot. Have been going for half a decade any time I’ve been in town but it’s been slowly declining in quality. For whatever reason, they no longer use tzatziki for their gyros and instead use this nasty mayonnaise sauce. In my most recent visit, my mother also had a bowl and the rice wasn’t cooked all the way.
This was my last stop unless I find myself in need of food on elm street late at night and don’t want to sit at the red arrow.

Everything on the menu is succulent, savory and delicious except for the desserts and those are amazing, the doughball things with honey speak for themselves, so good and absolutely this place is worth a try if you’re in the area of downtown Manch Vegas

Husband and I were craving Gyros tonight. Placed an order tonight. Upon arrival the man in the front never spoke. My husband told him he had a pick up order and the man just went to look for a bag and looked at him. After my husband said who the order was for he gave it to him. I ordered one chicken and one lamb and beef gyro. The wrap on my gyro was burnt as well as some pieces of chicken. The tzatziki I ordered on the side was really thick and acid. I really loved the “G sauce” as it was very flavorful. The gyros are okay, nothing special. Could use a little more seasoning.

I took my daughter and her bestie here for their first gyro experience and they ate every last bite. We had the chicken gyro which is very tasty and filling. The atmosphere is laid back and staff is friendly. We will definitely eat here again!
