Amazing waterfront restaurant with great outdoor seating, games to play, and views of the water. A great amount of food options to match. Our party tried the mahi mahi sandwich (new menu item) and the surf and turf bowl and they were both fantastic. Will be coming back! They even had a sand volleyball court available.. all around fun spot for drinks and food

I really want to highlight how incredibly beautiful this location is. I loved the décor — the palm trees, the stylish all the little details. Everything looks gorgeous, and there are stunning photo spots right by the waterfront.

As for the food, I really enjoyed the tuna appetizer — it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is great, the service is good, and overall the place feels very welcoming.

I did try the octopus as well, and it was a bit overcooked, with too much garlic added. For the quality, the price for that dish felt a little too high.

But overall, I’ll definitely be coming back, and I truly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

Stopped here while in the area for work. While I was very under impressed with the food, the spot is a great outdoor restaurant with beautiful views. I did have a mistake with my food order, I had ordered the cauliflower bites from the menu, but got fish bites instead. Bartender said that they weren’t going to have cauliflower for another week or so, but it was on the menu I was handed. Not too big of a deal, but I didnt want the fish bites. I ate them still, didnt want to wait for a remake, as I had a long work day and needed to get back to hotel for sleep for an early AM flight.

What made this visit so awesome was the personality of the bartender-Nicole! day drinking is so much more fun when you have an interactive bartender. I might add that she makes some mean cocktails too! My favorite was my coconut marg!

This was a really cool restaurant. It’s outdoors overlooking the water. I was intrigued by the menu and my husband and I decided to check it out. The drinks and food were pretty good. I also ordered the caramel bourbon bread pudding not pictured, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I would consider visiting this place again.

Looked up places to eat near the aquarium and found many excellent reviews of this place. Definitely glad we went here food was absolutely amazing. Of course we all had to try each other’s dish all were so delicious. Everything was outdoors and it was raining a little bit. They had covered seating so still made for a great experience. Would recommend everything we had especially the shrimp tacos.

Stopped in this place for lunch and an adult drink. Had no clue what to order. Trusted the bartender for some suggestions and it was the best decision. Had a coconut mojito and a shrimp taco bowl. Food and service and the atmosphere was just amazing. Thank you Tristin for an awesome lunch.

We have truly enjoyed The Gulf restaurant. We have been here multiple times over the years visiting the area and its absolutely one of our favorites. Its not the normal dining location. Its directly on the intracoastal waters, you can even dock your boat. Outdoor open eating with lots of cover/shade, lots of room for kids to play, lots of tables, also has some inside seating. Large outdoor bar, and really good food! We have never had a bad experience. The service is great, and like I said, the food is fantastic. We just visited today and Sofia took our order. She was super nice and helpful with menu questions. Mikaila delivered our food and was friendly and even grabbed us a few more things promptly and with a big smile. Thank you! Fans forever 🙂

This restaurant felt more like a place to stop for snacks and drinks.

For four people , the food amounted to a grilled cheese small container of soup, and a couple of sandwiches -more along the lines of appetizers. With just one round of drinks, our bill was over $200 dollars.

The overall vibe felt immature, more like high schoolers hanging out at a part-time summer job.

Unfortunately we will not be returning.
