Oh man so glad I found this place today. Really huge, loaded subs and the grinder sauce on the sub is so amazing! I believe it has a little mild giardinera in it and a little onion, mayo, mustard? Whatever it is, delicious! And then the orange grub sauce you get with the Cajun fries, so good too! Can’t wait to come try more things.

I walked in and was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter and was taken back by the menu because they have so many options, and everything sounds delicious!! I initially ordered a large rib tip but quickly changed my mind when I saw the gym shoe sandwich sign on the wall. I no longer have to drive to the south side to get this culinary delight!! The veggies, meat ,condiments, and bread were fresh and flavorful with generous portions. I’m definitely going back and getting the rib tips !!

Tried the philly roll with fries. Everything was hot and good. The philly egg rolls were delicious with their grub sauce. Walking tacos were upscale! It was plated so well that we didn’t want to mess them up lol. Pretty good. Will be back to try other things. I also had the green apple slush, which was OK.

This place is reasonably priced with amazing burgers (smash burgers did not disappoint), a great menu & good service.
2nd time tried the Jim Shoe burger & a banana shake, super flavorful, can’t wait to try more menu items.
I just keep coming back to recommend more stuff cause it’s so good.
Tried the dorito bomb and that was a sheet pan worth of nachos. Taco Tuesday can’t be beat.

First time at Grub Stop in Hessville. They are located at the old Super Submarine spot. Very friendly and very affordable. I ordered the Grub Deluxe w/ fries, comes with their fry sauce. Very similar to Chick-fil-A. I got mozzarella sticks with their version of Chicago mild sauce. Everything was good. Burger was made fresh and can tell not frozen. I’ll be back. Nice place too with free arcade games while you wait. #dandoingdanthings

My Fiancé and I was passing through Hammond and we wanted something good to eat. We googled this place. We are not from Hammond we stay 2 hours away. When I say the food was so good it didn’t even make it home. The banana pudding shakes are to die for they were so delicious. The smash burger was so gooood that we had to get another order to go home with. We also got a Dorito bomb too and it was good too and so big it could feed up to 3 ppl. This family owned business has my 5 stars ☺️. They were very nice and the service was amazing. If you are looking for a good place that has multiple options of food I would I definitely The Grub Stop. See you guys next time

Them Philly egg rolls fire I was on some big back shit and got the dinner with 3 and extra one the sauce that came with it by me not a sweet eater like that sauce fire overall with the fries and price , the portions of the dinner I give it a 9/10 coming back for the smashburger next
