I was staying at the Best Western, and it is a short walk across the parking lot. So convenient! I live quite a bit north but would be happy to drive down here to eat again when working in the area. Everything is fresh and homemade and the service is excellent. I am pretty much just going to eat here the whole time I’m staying at the hotel. There is such a great deal of variety! There is breakfast at the Best Western but I don’t get up that early and I had breakfast here too. Great little place.

First time visiting and I will definitely visit again when I am in town. Caramel Macchiato was better than other expensive coffee shops and the food is fantastic and affordable. Very nice laid back atmosphere.

Ordered some crack fries on Monday, and other than the amount of time it took to get them they were good. Went back on Wednesday and ordered the same thing waited 30+ minutes and it wasn’t the same thing at all. It was absolutely DROWNED in ranch. Ranch wasn’t on them at all the first time. Asked them to add jalepenos and I made sure to check before I left the parking lot and sure enough the peppers aren’t on them. I go in and ask for a cup of jalepenos after about 7-8 more minutes waiting she brung me a cup of jalepeno juice with THREE small slices inside. I’m not the type to leave reviews or be a problem at restraunts but man this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I already haven’t been in a long time because I’ve almost never had a good experience there as long as they’ve been open. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews.

I’m updating my review from my previous bad review. I went bad today the service was much better. I called in my order & it was ready when I got there. In my previous review it hadn’t been ready on two separate order call ins. The food has always been very good. I recommend the cheeseburger, or the hot ham & cheese sandwich, & the onion rings. The bacon, egg & cheese croissant is a great breakfast recommendation.

I absolutely ALWAYS love the Grind when I go. The workers are always super sweet. Sometimes it takes awhile to get the food depending on how busy it is or how many workers are there that day but it’s well worth the wait because the food and coffee drinks are ALWAYS amazing. Frankly I prefer their coffee over starbucks.

When around 9:20am nov, 17 in drive-thru and waited until I orders what I wanted I asked for 3 vanilla bean coffee hot (latte) meaning it hot right? But the girl that was working at this time gave me 3 cold coffee and when I asked her if u put 3 hot vanilla bean coffee (latte) and she gave me a attitude and said u said frappe didn’t you and I was like no bc you said latte right bc it’s is hot right and then she turn around and staring talking yo the other worker she was working with in a angry way who knows what she was telling her which is very rude and afterwords she gave me the exact thing just. ld and hand it to me in a rude way. I didn’t complain bc I didn’t what her to have done something like screaming at me or throwing the drink at me so I just left. This is not the first time it had happen to me there been time like this but I let it go since they never gave me an attitude about it until know. Every morning or most of it I go and get breakfast from there but now to be honest I’m not. Hope they can educate their worker attitudes well.
