The Grind, is a fantastic cafe and honestly one of the best I’ve ever been to. The prices are reasonable, the coffee is fantastic and the food is always served fresh. I’ve never had a bad experience there and all the workers are always on top of their tasks and VERY NICE! Their punch cards are also awesome as a I get one free speciality drink on the house after I buy so many.
Let me be honest, I’m addicted, and you will be too. Big thanks to the ladies at the grind for always keeping the atmosphere cozy, clean, and welcoming!

I was staying at the Best Western, and it is a short walk across the parking lot. So convenient! I live quite a bit north but would be happy to drive down here to eat again when working in the area. Everything is fresh and homemade and the service is excellent. I am pretty much just going to eat here the whole time I’m staying at the hotel. There is such a great deal of variety! There is breakfast at the Best Western but I don’t get up that early and I had breakfast here too. Great little place.

To say this place is a heaven sent in a world so cold, is an understatement. My car broke down in front of their store, and the employees and boss man came out to help me, given I hadn’t spent $1 in their business. Not only tried everything they could to help me but also brought us drinks to stay cool in the heat. Now guys that’s just the cherry on top of this incredible Sunday. After I got the problem fixed, I left and forgot my whole tool box, filled to the brim, with tools. These guys went out there and got my tools for me and put them up for me. Im so incredibly thankful for all of their kindness. Definitely my new favorite coffee shop!!!

The Grind has always been my go to place for coffee but I recently started to try their food & it is so good!! 10/10. the staff is always friendly BUT I went through the drive thru with my pup & they DO NOT OFFER PUP CUPS. not a big deal but usually most coffee shops offer this option. I wouldn’t even mind paying for a pup cup but it was not possible. If the Grind can allow for pup cups my rating would be a 5 Stars.

When around 9:20am nov, 17 in drive-thru and waited until I orders what I wanted I asked for 3 vanilla bean coffee hot (latte) meaning it hot right? But the girl that was working at this time gave me 3 cold coffee and when I asked her if u put 3 hot vanilla bean coffee (latte) and she gave me a attitude and said u said frappe didn’t you and I was like no bc you said latte right bc it’s is hot right and then she turn around and staring talking yo the other worker she was working with in a angry way who knows what she was telling her which is very rude and afterwords she gave me the exact thing just. ld and hand it to me in a rude way. I didn’t complain bc I didn’t what her to have done something like screaming at me or throwing the drink at me so I just left. This is not the first time it had happen to me there been time like this but I let it go since they never gave me an attitude about it until know. Every morning or most of it I go and get breakfast from there but now to be honest I’m not. Hope they can educate their worker attitudes well.

Impressed with quality and consistency of their coffee. I’m from Bham this was my first visit to Grind Cafe, I actually returned the next day and ordered in the store. The same drink; a large cold brew with 2 additional espresso shots, hence the comment, it is hard to add extra espresso and still have a good not too strong drink. It was excellent both days. I think this is a great addition to Russellville for many reasons and the service, the employees, the speed, and environment were great. I know I’ll be back and I would def recommend for a place to meet for lunch or AM coffee. Even dine solo inside..on my way out I noticed they post their WiFi login. I think I found my new study location when I am in town.

When we arrived at The Grind it was 1:28. The chairs were all up and there was a young blonde girl mopping the floor. Two tables on the right still had customers. We ask if they were closed and she said no. She said it was fine to place a to go order, but to walk on the right side that had not been mopped. The brunette girl at the counter was a sweetheart. I placed my order and moved so my sister could place hers. The blonde girl that had just mopped screamed for me to move back to the right side. We placed our order and went to sit down and wait. While we were waiting my husband got up to go to the bathroom. The blonde girl screamed at him and said, “Can you not hear? I just told you not to walk on that side.” She was extremely rude. I told her that he was just going to the restroom. Three more ladies walked in right after and walked on the left side. The floor was not wet and there was not a wet floor sign. She started screaming at them as well. The coffee was great, but not worth it. We will definitely not be visiting again.
