The Grind Mac & Cheese Burger Bar…very cool little spot in Martin, TN that serves some of the biggest milkshakes I’ve ever seen!!! I decided on the Star-Spangled Burger with their homemade onion rings and my daughter went for the Black Bean Burger and Sweet Potato Fries. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Saw a few of the milk shakes go by and they look like they are designed for two people…LOL Great food and awesome service, would love to come back in the summer and enjoy a meal on their patio!

This is a fun touristy place to stop, you are going for the experience, so the prices are a little higher than a fast food burger joint.
Milkshakes – $13 – these a OVER THE TOP and so cool to look at, but I’ve ordered one on two different occasions and both times I felt there was of topping – mainly whipped cream and a snack cake with perhaps 8-10oz of milk shake in the cup.
Mac N Cheese Bites – $10 – This portion is small; contains three 2 bite Mac n cheese balls.
Million $ Bacon – $10 – This portion is perhaps a little better; coming with 5 pieces of bacon and a table side show :-). This was my favorite thing we ordered. The “candied” sugar caramelizes as it’s seared table-side and makes a nice crunch ONCE ITS COOL. The cayenne pepper is a nice touch as well.
Mac Lovin’ Burger – $16 – this burger comes with a fried Mac N Cheese bite on top and is a great burger – If you are wanting to try the Mac n cheese Bites – this is a great way to get one and be a little more budget minded.
The wait staff are so nice and attentive. It’s a cute little stop that offers jaw dropping sized milkshakes.
Each time I’ve gone – I have split the food with a friend in order to sample some of the interesting menu offerings.

We were there for lunch and came back later for drinks on Freshman move in day. It was crazy busy. Food was great and Delanna took AMAZING care of us, both times we visited today. Fantastic service!! She is a great bartender!

We had the cookies and cream and the churrro milkshakes! Very good and the presentation was incredible! We also tried the pickle fries! Definitely recommend for a fun lunch or (in our case) a sweet little detour!

In a sea of chain fast food and tired old eateries, this place was a culinary oasis. Service was very friendly and attentive, outdoor seating was fantastic. The shakes are a must and if you are looking for a legit patty melt, look no further. Great selection of beers in tap as well as a full bar. Good place for families as well. Highly recommend.

Such a fun atmosphere! The staff is fantastic. Kamryn was quick, nice, and attentive! The food was phenomenal and the drinks were great. Everything is over the top!

It’s atmosphere over food. I was very excited to learn that they bake their own buns and never freeze their patties. I got the Farmer’s Daughter but it was just ok. The meat is very bland and unseasoned. We shared the buffalo chicken Mac N cheese but I never saw a piece of chicken in it. Also it was more flavored by hot cheetos than anything else. So it didn’t have a buffalo sauce taste to me. My husband got the triple double cheeseburger and he also said it was just ok. Overall nothing special about our first experience. It was an hour wait for a table and took over 30 minutes to get our appetizer. I wouldn’t be willing to wait an hour for that food again.

Super cute place! We loved the atmosphere, the super nice staff, and the tasty adult beverages. The food was just pretty good. I took away a star because my burger was like a hockey puck and the mac and cheese was really hyped, but it was just average. Everything else was spot on and we’ll definitely be back!
