Nothing good to say about this place. Food sucked, wait staff sucked and the whole atmosphere was just lousy, we weren’t even told about the “daily specials” or anything similar. We were just asked what to drink and handed menus.
The wife’s chicken sandwich was dry like they cooked it from frozen even though we were told it was fresh, NOT! It’s pretty easy to tell when frozen food is used in lieu of fresh, especially chicken.
My so called “steak bites” with Alfredo were not “bites” they were more like chunks cut from steak and then some were over cooked, (the char shows it all, some were rare, some were medium well), but hey at least the pasta was decent and edible.
Not once did our server come back to ask if everything was good, did we need anything or the such. When someone did come ask, my wife stated how dry and tough her chicken was and asked to have a burger instead, which if made fresh shouldn’t take but 6-7 minutes, not the almost 15 we waited.
Needless to say, by the time we got it, I was done eating and we were ready to leave so asked for it to go.
Mind you, most of the time our so called server was busy making sure some of her “regulars” that were there got taken care of promptly and their food was on the table in no time. We weren’t charged for the chicken sandwich, but we definitely were charged for the burger, which is also an obvious frozen burger patty and not made fresh as we were told. But hey, we got a $5 discount on our bill.
We chose this place to try something new, and the reviews had us believing it would be decent. The menu is large and out dated as well, as is evident by the items that are crossed off instead of just getting new menus made???? They have what they call an outdoor patio, but from the looks of all the dead grass and what not, I wouldn’t eat out there either.
I would avoid this place at all costs and go down the road to Perkins before considering this place.

No frills, went in hungry left not hungry. That’s really as good as it gets. Beer selection was mediocre. Sysco type food, premade burger patty, freezer fries. Absolutely nothing special. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great. You can get this meal nearly anywhere.

Went for lunch on sunday, server was on the ball even with being super busy! Had great recommendations too! The crepes were delish, the French fries are awesome! Both sandwich and wrap were good too! Can’t wait to go back and try the spring reuben menu!

We tried this restaurant as we were traveling though on vacation. We’re very glad we did. The selection of dishes was good and we settled on the walleye dinner and Richert’s chicken. We were too full to try the tasty-looking dipped ice cream they also have. The food was excellent and the service was very cheerful. TVs showed various baseball games that were occurring if you wanted to pay attention; however, the volume wasn’t high so they didn’t interfere with conversation.

Everything we ordered at a table with six people, was fantastic. We had a younger gentleman server and he was extremely caring and attentive, he went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service and really took us all by surprise because of his age. The Establishment is fortunate to have him on the team! I had also called an advance to ask if we needed a reservation and they said no, and somebody was waiting when we hit the door, to get us immediately seated. We have returned multiple times because of that great experience.

More fries please! We found this place on the 4th of July-it was the only thing open. The food and service was good although I think my hot chicken sandwich was supposed to have pickles and slaw but they were missing. I didn’t bother my waitress about it because the place was so busy. My family says the fries portions were a little on the small side otherwise everything was decently good.

First off I’m only doing 1 star for the shrimp tacos. I never leave reviews and normally like Grillium’s food but we tried the shimp tacos tonight and they were not good at all. My wife described the shrimp as being cooked then breaded then cooked again. She said they had the taste and consistency of pork chops. I tried a piece and it did tasted like a little shrimp flavored pork chop. Ultimately tossed 13 bucks in the trash . This won’t keep us from going back, just warning people of the shrimp tacos.

We have historically found the food to be good and the service to be decent. We don’t live close but this has been a go-to place when we are nearby. We hadn’t been here in a while. Tonight our waitress was terrible and the hamburgers were hockey pucks. I hope it hasn’t permanently gone down hill.
